Abstract

本发明公开了一种延长硫磺制酸工艺中热副线阀门寿命的方法,该方法是将其高温炉气必经的废热火管锅炉分为一段(1)和二段(2),在锅炉的一段(1)和二段(2)之间增设一台炉气集箱(3),调节炉气量以保证经一段锅炉换热后的炉气温度在650~700℃;通过调节副线阀门(4)和二段锅炉出口阀门(5)的开度,使混合后的温度为420℃,以保证转化触媒起燃所需的炉气温度。使用本发明的方法,每两年可至少减少硫磺制酸装置停机一次,对于大型装置来说,可节约停机、更换、再开机费用,适用于利用以硫磺为原料生产硫酸的企业。

延长硫磺制酸工艺中热副线阀门寿命的方法
技术领域
本发明涉及硫磺制酸工艺,特别涉及工艺过程中废热锅炉炉气出口的热副线阀门,进一步来说,属于延长该副线阀门寿命的方法。
背景技术
在硫磺制酸的工艺中,设计者考虑到既要尽可能地回收焚烧硫磺产生的热能,又要保证炉气温度达到转化工序的催化剂起燃温度,因此采取以下技术措施:从焚硫炉出来的约1100~1200℃的高温炉气分为两部分,一部分炉气经锅炉换热,而另一部分经高温热副线及其阀门后,与锅炉出口的低温炉气混合,混合后的温度为420℃,以满足转化工序对温度的要求。由于副线阀门长期处于高温、气流冲刷的环境中,阀门易于损坏,不得不停机更换,对于大型硫酸装置来说,停机、更换、再转化升温,停机时间长,损失巨大。
近年来,人们对硫磺制酸的工艺、设备有一些改进,其中也有涉及高温热副线的专利,例如中国专利申请CN03255231.9号“高温调节阀”,该调节阀中受高温炉气冲刷的部件仅剩阀板,其材料采用金属氧化物刚玉制作,降低了高温调节阀的损坏机率,延长了它的使用寿命,减少了制酸系统的停车次数,提高了生产效率。但是这种调节阀门需要特制,而且是否能够彻底改变阀门易于损坏的现状,还需要试验。
发明内容
本发明的目的就在于提供一种延长硫磺制酸工艺中热副线阀门寿命的方法,以解决该副线阀因高温和气流冲刷而损坏的问题。
为达到上述目的,发明人在实践中观察、分析现有硫磺制酸装置高温副线阀门的使用状况,得出了要延长高温副线阀门的使用寿命、避免因该阀门损坏而造成装置停机,必须降低进副线的炉气温度的结论。
发明人采取的技术方案是:将高温炉气必经的锅炉分为一段和二段,在一段和二段锅炉之间增设一台炉气集箱,调节炉气量以保证经一段锅炉换热后的炉气温度在650~700℃;通过调节副线阀门和二段锅炉出口阀门的开度,使混合后的温度为420℃,以保证转化催化剂起燃所需的炉气温度。
使用本发明所提供的方法,每两年可至少减少硫磺制酸装置停机一次,对于大型装置来说,可节约停机、更换、再开机费用300万元以上。本发明方法适用于利用以硫磺为原料生产硫酸的企业。

实施例:贵阳中化开磷化肥有限公司80万吨硫磺制酸装置,将其高温炉气必经的锅炉分为一段1和二段2,在一段1和二段2锅炉之间增设一台炉气集箱3,调节炉气量以保证经一段锅炉换热后的炉气温度在650~700℃;通过调节副线阀门4和二段锅炉出口阀门5的开度,使混合后的温度为420℃,以保证转化催化剂起燃所需的炉气温度。
