Abstract

La presente invención describe una composición fortificadora de leche humana pretérmino que proporciona 2’-FL y/o LNFP-I en cantidades que faltan en la leche humana de mujeres que dieron a luz a un infante prematuro. En particular, la presente invención describe una composición fortificadora diseñada para infantes como un suplemento a la leche materna humana pretérmino en el momento en que el infante sale del hospital (alta) y posteriormente.
