Abstract

Se ha utilizado un novedoso éster de 2-mercaptoetanol de bajo contenido en carbono para preparar estabilizadores de ésteres inversos de alquil estaño, así como para mejorar el rendimiento térmico de dichos estabilizadores de ésteres inversos de alquil estaño o estabilizadores de tioglicolato de alquil estaño o mercaptidos de alquil estaño para aplicaciones de PVC en las que el olor durante la composición del PVC, el procesamiento o el artículo final de PVC ha impedido el uso generalizado de estabilizadores de ésteres inversos de alquil estaño.
