Abstract

Mecanismo giratorio porta rodillos, en cuyo cuerpo giratorio se sostienen tres rodillos, compuesto por soportes laterales plegados (1) que en sus pliegues superiores forman una cavidad (2) y sobre ellas se ubican las ranuras de anclaje (3) con un soporte de perfil transversal inferior (4) que las une, sobre él se encuentran las perforaciones centrales (5) para el paso del eje principal (6) el cual es soportado por cajas de rodamientos (7) apernadas en los orificios (8). En el eje principal (6) se encuentran dos chaveteros (10), donde serán instaladas las unidades de fijación cónica (11), y unidos mediante soldadura los discos de soporte para rodillos (17) que en su diámetro exterior se encuentran los calces de alojamiento (18) que sostienen las puntas de los ejes de rodillos (19). En un extremo del eje principal (6) se encuentra un chavetero (23) para acoplarse mediante chaveta (24) al sistema de engranaje del motorreductor de tornillo sin fin con freno (25) el cual va montado sobre una base metálica horizontal (26), en esta base se encuentran las perforaciones (28) para apernarlo en la base metálica horizontal (26), y un soporte perforado (30) para fijar el brazo de reacción (32) del motorreductor de tornillo sin fin con freno (25), en uno de los soportes laterales (1) se encuentra una perforación (33) por donde pasa la señal de un sensor inductivo (34) el cual se encuentra fijado en un soporte (35) ubicado en el interior de un soporte lateral (1).
