EL MÉTODO COMPRENDE: OBTENER RAZONES DE OCUPACIÓN DE CANAL (CBRS) DE UNA PLURALIDAD DE PORTADORAS CANDIDATAS; REALIZAR UN FILTRADO EN LAS CBRS DE LA PLURALIDAD DE PORTADORAS PARA OBTENER CBRS DE LA PLURALIDAD DE PORTADORAS; Y SELECCIONAR UNA PORTADORA DE LA PLURALIDAD DE PORTADORAS DE ACUERDO CON LAS CBRS DE LA PLURALIDAD DE PORTADORAS. POR LO TANTO, EL FILTRADO SE REALIZA EN RESULTADOS DE MEDICIÓN DE LAS CBRS DE UNA PLURALIDAD DE PORTADORAS Y SELECCIONAR UNA PORTADORA DE LA PLURALIDAD DE PORTADORAS DE ACUERDO CON LAS CBRS DE LA PLURALIDAD DE PORTADORAS, LA PRESENTE INVENCIÓN REDUCE LA FRECUENCIA DE CONMUTACIÓN DE LA PORTADORA PARA GARANTIZAR LA ESTABILIDAD DEL SISTEMA MIENTRAS SE IMPLEMENTA LA SELECCIÓN DE UNA PORTADORA.
