EL MÉTODO COMPRENDE: OBTENER RAZONES DE OCUPACIÓN DE CANAL (CBRS) DE UNA PLURALIDAD DE PORTADORAS CANDIDATAS; REALIZAR UN FILTRADO EN LAS CBRS DE LA PLURALIDAD DE PORTADORAS PARA OBTENER CBRS DE LA PLURALIDAD DE PORTADORAS; Y SELECCIONAR UNA PORTADORA DE LA PLURALIDAD DE PORTADORAS DE ACUERDO CON LAS CBRS DE LA PLURALIDAD DE PORTADORAS.
