Abstract

MÉTODO Y SISTEMA DE CONTROL PARA CONTROLAR LA VELOCIDAD DE COMPRESORES CENTRÍFUGOS (4, 5) QUE OPERAN DENTRO DE UN PROCESO DE ADSORCIÓN DE OSCILACIÓN DE PRESIÓN AL VACÍO PARA EVITAR UNA OPERACIÓN EN LA QUE PUEDA PRODUCIRSE UN SOBREVOLTAJE E IMPULSARSE DIRECTAMENTE POR MOTORES ELÉCTRICOS (4, 5) QUE A SU VEZ SON CONTROLADOS IMPULSORES DE FRECUENCIA VARIABLE (12, 13), AL MISMO TIEMPO QUE OPERAN POSTERIORMENTE EL PROCESO DE OSCILACIÓN POR PRESIÓN AL VACÍO ENTRE LÍMITES ESTABLECIDOS DE PRESIÓN DE ADSORCIÓN MÁS ALTA Y DESORCIÓN MÁS BAJA. SE DETERMINA UNA VELOCIDAD ÓPTIMA PARA LA OPERACIÓN DE LOS COMPRESORES SE DETERMINA EN LA CUAL LOS COMPRESORES OPERARÁN A LO LARGO DE UNA LÍNEA DE OPERACIÓN DE MÁXIMA EFICIENCIA DE UN MAPA DE COMPRESOR DE ESTOS. ESTA VELOCIDAD SE AJUSTA MEDIANTE UN MULTIPLICADOR DE VELOCIDAD DE RETROALIMENTACIÓN CUANDO EL FLUJO U OTRO PARÁMETRO ATRIBUIBLES AL FLUJO A TRAVÉS DE LOS COMPRESORES ESTÁ POR DEBAJO DE UN NIVEL MÍNIMO Y UN MULTIPLICADOR DE PREALIMENTACIÓN DURANTE LAS ETAPAS DE EVACUACIÓN Y DE EVACUACIÓN CON PURGA QUE MULTIPLICA EL MULTIPLICADOR DE RETROALIMENTACIÓN PARA AUMENTAR LA VELOCIDAD DE LOS COMPRESORES Y DE ESTA MANERA EVITAR EL SOBREVOLTAJE. LA VELOCIDAD SE AJUSTA DESPUÉS POR UN FACTOR DE VELOCIDAD GLOBAL QUE SIRVE PARA AJUSTAR LA VELOCIDAD PROMEDIO DE LOS MOTORES DURANTE TODAS LAS ETAPAS DEL CICLO DE REPETICIÓN DE TAL MANERA QUE EL PROCESO OPERA DENTRO DE LOS LÍMITES DE ALTA Y BAJA PRESIÓN.
