Abstract
Un nuevo y mejorado sistema de control de mantenimiento de desgaste de hidrociclón para manejar el mantenimiento de desgaste entre una pluralidad de separadores de hidrociclón y método para su uso son proporcionados. El sistema incluye uno o más dispositivos de medición de uso y uno o más sensores de desgaste electrónicos dispuestos en comunicación con uno o más separadores de hidrociclón, junto con un algoritmo computacional operable para reconocer un plan de mantenimiento de hidrociclón predeterminado en base a una evaluación del usuario final y entradas para lograr una programación preferida u óptima, desgaste estimado, analizar los datos de tiempo de flujo de lechada y los datos de la condición de desgaste para calcular un perfil de desgaste estimado, dirigir automáticamente dicho sistema de control de hidrociclón para activar y desactivar uno o más separadores de hidrociclón según sea necesario para seguir el plan de mantenimiento de hidrociclón predeterminado, calcular un perfil de desgaste estimado posterior en base a análisis adicional y permitir que se hagan ajustes al plan de mantenimiento de hidrociclón predeterminado en base al perfil de desgaste posteriormente estimado.
