Abstract
UN MÉTODO PARA LA OBTENCIÓN DE MICROCEMENTOS PARA LECHADAS DE INYECCIÓN MEDIANTE UN SISTEMA DE MOLIENDA QUE UTILIZA UN MOLINO CONECTADO A UN SEPARADOR DE ALTA EFICIENCIA (SEGUNDA GENERACIÓN CON CICLONES PARA DESEMPOLVAMIENTO), EN DONDE EL MÉTODO COMPRENDE LAS ETAPAS DE: PROVEER MATERIA PRIMA AL MOLINO Y MOLER HASTA OBTENER UN TAMAÑO DE PARTÍCULA DETERMINADO, ALIMENTAR EL SEPARADOR DE ALTA EFICIENCIA (SEGUNDA GENERACIÓN CON CICLONES PARA DESEMPOLVAMIENTO) POR SU PARTE SUPERIOR CON LA MATERIA PRIMA MOLIDA, SUMINISTRAR AL SEPARADOR DE ALTA EFICIENCIA UNA CORRIENTE DE AIRE MEDIANTE UN VENTILADOR EXTERNO Y GENERAR LA RECIRCULACIÓN DE DICHA CORRIENTE DE AIRE, SEPARAR EL MATERIAL GRUESO MEDIANTE ASPIRACIÓN DENTRO DE UNA CARCASA PRINCIPAL DEL SEPARADOR CON EL FLUJO O CORRIENTE DE AIRE, DESCARGAR EL MATERIAL FINO POR LA PARTE SUPERIOR DE LA CARCASA CON EL FLUJO DE AIRE, TRASLADAR DICHO MATERIAL FINO HACIA UNA PLURALIDAD DE CICLONES A TRAVÉS DE UN CONDUCTO DE GASES, SEPARAR EL MATERIAL FINO EN LOS CICLONES HASTA OBTENER UNA FRACCIÓN DE MATERIAL DE ULTRA±INOS, DESCARGAR EL MATERIAL FINO RESTANTE POR LA PARTE INFERIOR DE LOS CICLONES HACIA UNOS AERODESLIZADORES, TRASLADAR UNA PARTE DEL AIRE JUNTO CON LA FRACCIÓN DE ULTRAFINOS DESDE LOS CICLONES HACIA UN FILTRO DE MANGAS, Y EXTRAER DICHA FRACCIÓN DE ULTRATINOS DEL FILTRO.
