EL SISTEMA DE COMBUSTIÓN EMPLEA PARTÍCULAS CERÁMICAS PROVENIENTES DE RESIDUOS DE PROCESOS INDUSTRIALES DE MOLIENDA, COMBINADAS CON ESPUMAS CERÁMICAS Y COMPI MENTADAS CON UN SISTEMA DE COMBUSTIÓN INDEPENDIENTE TIPO TURBULENTO PARA CALENTAMIENTO POR CONVECCIÓN EN LA ETAPA INICIAL DE PRECALENTAMIENTO DEL LECHO POROSO. EL EQUIPO CUENTA CON UN SISTEMA DE CONTROL QUE PERMITE EL AHORRO DE ENERGÍA POR MEDIO DE LA INTERRUPCIÓN DEL SUMINISTRO DE GAS EN FUNCIÓN DE LA TEMPERATURA DEL LECHO POROSO Y ESTA INTERRUPCIÓN NO AFECTA LA EFICIENCIA DEL SISTEMA.</p><p> THIS INVENTION REFERRES TO AN INTERCHANGEABLE GAS COMBUSTION SYSTEM IN POROUS MILK FOR COOKING APPLICATIONS AND EVENTUALLY IN OTHER APPLICATIONS WHERE THE USE OF RADIATION HEAT TRANSFER IS EASY. THE COMBUSTION SYSTEM EMPLOYS CERAMIC PARTICLES FROM RESIDUES OF INDUSTRIAL PROCESSES OF GRINDING, COMBINED WITH CERAMIC FOAMS AND COMPITIONED WITH AN INDEPENDENT COMBUSTION SYSTEM FOR TURBULENT TYPE FOR HEATING FOR CONVECTION CODING. THE EQUIPMENT HAS A CONTROL SYSTEM THAT ALLOWS THE ENERGY SAVINGS THROUGH THE INTERRUPTION OF THE GAS SUPPLY DUE TO THE TEMPERATURE OF THE POROUS MILK AND THIS INTERRUPTION DOES NOT AFFECT THE EFFICIENCY OF THE SYSTEM. </p>
