A SET OF INPUT VALVE IS IN THE EXTREME WATER UP AND PROVIDES A FLUID COMMUNICATION BETWEEN THE ACCUMULATOR TUBE AND AN ORIGIN OF THE WATER FISH UP. A SET OF OUTPUT VALVE IS AT THE END OF WATER BELOW AND PROVIDES A FLUID COMMUNICATION BETWEEN THE ACCUMULATOR TUBE AND A FISH DESTINATION. AN INPUT BYPASS TUBE IS IN FLUID COMMUNICATION WITH THE WATER EXTREME ABOVE, AND AN OUTPUT BYPASS TUBE IS IN FLUID COMMUNICATION WITH THE END WATER DOWN. A PRODUCTION WATER PIPE CIRCUIT IS IN COMMUNICATION WITH THE INPUT BYPASS TUBE AND OUTLET BYPASS TUBE, AND FORM A LOOP WITH THE ACCUMULATOR PIPE SECTION. THE PRODUCTION WATER CIRCUIT PUMP PRODUCTION WATER TO THE ACCUMULATOR TUBE SECTION THROUGH THE INPUT BYPASS TUBE AND FROM THE ACCUMULATION TUBE SECTION THROUGH THE OUTPUT BYPASS TUBE. </p>
