A PRODUCTION WATER PIPE CIRCUIT IS IN COMMUNICATION WITH THE INPUT BYPASS TUBE AND OUTLET BYPASS TUBE, AND FORM A LOOP WITH THE ACCUMULATOR PIPE SECTION. THE PRODUCTION WATER CIRCUIT PUMP PRODUCTION WATER TO THE ACCUMULATOR TUBE SECTION THROUGH THE INPUT BYPASS TUBE AND FROM THE ACCUMULATION TUBE SECTION THROUGH THE OUTPUT BYPASS TUBE. </p>
