Abstract

EN PARTICULAR, UNA O MAS DE IMPLEMENTUCIONES DE LA PRESENTE INVENCION INCLUYEN UN AGLUTINANTE DE ALTA DUREZA PARA INFILTRAR UN MATERIAL PARTICULADO DURO PARA FORMAR UNA HERRAMIENTA DE PERFORACIÓN, QUE COMPRENDE DE 5 A 50% EN PESO DE NÍQUEL; DE 35 A 60% EN PESO DE ZINC; Y DE 0,5 A 35% EN PESO DE ESTAÑO, Y QUE TIENE UNA TEMPERATURA DE LÍQUIDOS INFERIOR A 1100 GRADOS CENTÍGRADOS, Y UNA DUREZA ENTRE 75 HRB Y 40 HRC; UN CUERPO DE UNA HERRAMIENTA DE PERFORACIÓN, QUE COMPRENDE UN MATERIAL PARTICULADO 'JURO, Y UN AGLUTINANTE QUE COMPRENDE DE 5 A 50% EN PESO DE NÍQUEL, DE 35 A 60 % EN PESO DE ZINC Y DE 0,5 A 35 % EN PESO DE ESTAÑO; Y UN MÉTODO DE FORMACIÓN DE UNA HERRAMIENTA DE PERFORACIÓN CON RESISTENCIA AL DESGASTE AUMENTADA, QUE COMPRENDE PROPORCIONAR UNA MATRIZ QUE COMPRENDE UN MATERIAL PARTICULADO DURO, COLOCAR UN AGLUTINANTE PRÓXIMO AL MATERIAL PARTICULADO DURO, QUE COMPRENDE DE 5 A 50% EN PESO DE NÍQUEL, DE 35 A 60 % EN PESO DE ZINC Y DE 0,5 A 35 % EN PESO DE ESTAÑO, E INFILTRAR LA MATRIZ CON EL AGLUTINANTE CALENTANDO LA MATRIZ Y EL AGLUTINANTE HASTA UNA TEMPERATURA NO SUPERIOR A 1200 GRADOS CENTÍGRADOS.
