LA PRESENTE INVENCIÓN PROPORCIONA UN SISTEMA DE MEJORA DE PRESION CONTROLADA PARA UNA TURBINA COLICA, QUE COMPRENDE UNA CUBIERTA, Y UNA TURBINA UBICADA AGUAS DEBAJO DE LA CUBIERTA, LA CUBIERTA COMPRENDE AL MENOS UNA PRIMERA Y UNA SEGUNDA SECCIONES SEPARADAS POR UN ESPACIO. EN DONDE EL ESPACIO PERMITE QUE LA PRESION SE ALIVIE DESDE EL INTERIOR DE LA CUBIERTA, CON EL PROPÓSITO DE AUMENTAR EL FLUJO NATURAL DE AIRE QUE PASA A TRAVÉS DE LAS ALETAS DE LA TURBINA, DE TAL LLANERA QUE PRODUCE UNA SALIDA DE POTENCIA MAYOR DE LA TURBINA.
