Abstract
LOS ACTUALES SISTEMAS DE AGITACIÓN DE ELECTROLITO EN LAS CELDAS DE PRODUCCIÓN DE METALES POR ELECTRÓLISIS, CONSISTEN EN INTRODUCIR A LAS CELDAS DE PRODUCCION, AIRE O GASES NEUTROS COMPRIMIDOS A BAJA PRESIÓN EN VENTILADORES, Y DISTRIBUIRLOS EN LA CELDA MEDIANTE TUBAS PERFORADOS PARA AGITAR EL ELECTROLITO, TUBOS QUE ESTÁN ADOSADOS FIJAMENTE A LA ESTRUCTURA DE LA CELDA, A A UNA ESTRUCTURA SOPORTANTE DE MATERIAL AISLANTE, EN EL CASO DE LAS CELDAS DE NUEVO DISEÑO. CAN EL USO, LA CRISTALIZACIÓN DE SALES DISUELTAS EN ELECTROLITO, EL DEPOSITO DE SÓLIDOS Y DE BARRE ANÓDICO VA OBSTRUYENDO LAS PERFORACIONES DE LOS TUBOS, LIMITANDO LA CIRCULACIÓN DEL AIRE DE AGITACIÓN DE ELECTROLITO. DURANTE LA CPERACTCN DE LA CELDA SE PRODUCEN AVERÍAS O FALLA S EN LOS VENTILADORES, DUCTOS DE DISTRIBUCIÓN Y TUBOS PERFORADOS DE ESTE SISTEMA POR DIVERSOS MOTIVOS, CUYA REPARACIÓN O LIMPIEZA IMPLICA PERDER TIEMPO DE PRODUCCIÓN. LA GENERACIÓN DE GASES IN SITU POR ELECTRÓLISIS, MEDIANTE LA ENERGIZACIÓN ELÉCTRICO DE UNO O MAS CIRCUITOS DE CONDUCTORES UBICADOS POR DEBAJO DE LOS ANODOS Y CATODOS, Y MONTADOS EN LAS CELDAS TRADICIONALES O EN UNA ESTRUCTURA DE SOPORTE INDEPENDIENTE, EN LA QUE SE INSTALAN LOS ÁNODO Y CÁTODO, PERMITE IA AGITACIÓN DEL ELECTROLITO Y LA DISMINUCIÓN DEL EFECTO NEGATIVO DE LA CAPA LÍMITE, EN FORMA SIMPLE Y SIN LAS COMPLICACIONES DE LOS SISTEMAS DE INYECCION DE AIRE. CON ESTO, SE MEJORA ADEMÁS LA CALIDAD DEL DEPÓSITO CATÓDICO, SE MEJORA LA DISTRIBUCI6N DEL PESO DE LOS CATÓDICO Y SE MEJORA LA EFICIENCIA ENERGÉTICA. 'TAMBIÉN SE DISMINUYE EL TIEMPO DE PRODUCCIÓN PERDIDO DURANTE LA LIMPIEZA Y LAS REPARACIONES DEL SISTEMA DE INYECCION DE ETRE, YA QUE ESTOS TRABAJOS SON MÁS SIMPLES DE REALIZAR CUANDO SE REEMPLAZA LOS VENTILADORES Y LAS CAÑERÍAS PERFORADAS POR CONDUCTORES ELÉCTRICOSTHE CURRENT ELECTROLYTE AGITATION SYSTEMS IN THE METAL PRODUCTION CELLS BY ELECTROLISIS, CONSIST IN INTRODUCING THE NEUTRAL PRODUCTION CELLS, AIR OR GASES COMPRESSED IN LOW PRESSURES, AND DISTRIBUTING THEM IN THE CELLDA PERFORMED PIPES THAT ARE FIXED TO THE CELL STRUCTURE, AA A SUPPORTING STRUCTURE OF INSULATING MATERIAL, IN THE CASE OF THE NEW DESIGN CELLS. CAN THE USE, THE CRYSTALLIZATION OF DISSOLVED SALTS IN ELECTROLYTE, THE DEPOSIT OF SOLIDS AND ANODIC BARREL IS OBSTRUCTING THE PERFORATIONS OF THE TUBES, LIMITING THE CIRCULATION OF THE ELECTROLYTE AGITATION AIR. DURING THE CELL CPERACTCN, FAULTS OR FAILURE S MAKE IN THE FANS, DISTRIBUTION DUCTS AND PERFORATED PIPES OF THIS SYSTEM FOR DIFFERENT REASONS, WHICH REPAIR OR CLEANING IMPLIES LOSING PRODUCTION TIME. THE GENERATION OF GASES IN SITU BY ELECTRÓLISIS, THROUGH THE ELECTRICAL ENERGIZATION OF ONE OR MORE CIRCUITS OF CONDUCTORS LOCATED BELOW THE ANODES AND CATODES, AND MOUNTED ON THE TRADITIONAL CELLS OR IN A STRUCTURE OF INDEPENDENT SUPPORT IN THE INSTANT SEQUENCE AND CÁDOD, ALLOWS AGITATION OF THE ELECTROLYTE AND DECREASE OF THE NEGATIVE EFFECT OF THE LIMIT LAYER, SIMPLY AND WITHOUT COMPLICATIONS OF AIR INJECTION SYSTEMS. THEREFORE, THE QUALITY OF THE CATHODIC DEPOSIT IS IMPROVED, THE DISTRIBUTION OF THE CATHODIC WEIGHT IS IMPROVED AND ENERGY EFFICIENCY IS IMPROVED. 'THE TIME OF PRODUCTION LOST DURING THE CLEANING AND REPAIRS OF THE ETRE INJECTION SYSTEM IS ALSO DECREASED, BECAUSE THESE WORKS ARE MORE SIMPLE TO PERFORM WHEN THE FANS ARE REPLACED AND THE PUNCHES PERFORMED BY THE DRIVERS
