Fig. 2 zeigt das Verriegelungsorgan a in der Mittelstellung.
Locking device in the electrical system of motor vehicles, the present invention relates to a United locking device in electrical systems, as they come to Ver use in motor vehicles. As a rule, such systems have a first organ for the power distribution according to the various Ver consumers and a second organ that operates the starter. A locking device is usually arranged separately for these two organs. Often this locking member is also used to shut off the ignition. This use of the last-mentioned organ has a disadvantage, since the position of the same for the shutdown function can only be the one end position in which the locking is carried out.
This eliminates the possibility of locking the lighting in a certain position, for example during a night drive, because the ignition device would be switched off and the engine stopped at the same time.
According to the invention, a Verriege treatment device is used, in which the locking effecting organ in one end position the light distribution switch and shut-off switch of the ignition device Verrie gel, in the other end position the starting device is in operation and in the middle position the light distribution switch and the shut-off switch for commissioning releases with simultaneous deactivation of the starting device.
An example embodiment of the subject matter of the invention is shown schematically in the drawing.
Fig. 1 shows the locking device in the locking position in which the light distribution switch and the shutdown switch of the ignition device is locked.
Fig. 2 shows the same in the middle position, in which the light distribution switch and the shut-off switch are released.
Fig. 3 shows the same in the starting position, in which the distribution switch and the shutdown switch are released and the starter motor is turned on. In addition, the circuit diagram for the connection to the starting device and the dynamo and battery, as well as for the connection of the parking device to the ignition apparatus is indicated in this figure.
The locking member a can be adjusted in the vertical direction by turning the lever u with the aid of the key g. The same carries a lateral arm q which, in the highest position of the locking element according to FIG. 1, engages with a projection in an incision in the light distribution switch b and thereby locks it in the corresponding position. At the same time, the locking device blocks the short-circuit switch c, wel cher to turn off the magneto ignition device n (Fig. 3), either in the opening position shown in Fig. 1 with solid lines, or in the short-circuit position indicated by dash-dotted lines.
Fig. 2 shows the locking member a in the central position. His arm q has released the distribution switch b and its upper end the short-circuit switch c, so that these switches can be placed in any position. The attached to the locking organ, conductively connected to each other arms r and s make connections between the contacts d and e. so that the signal lamp m (Fig. 3) is switched on. This indicates by its burning that .the automatic switch h (Fig. 3), which connects the battery l with the dynamo k as soon as the latter has reached the required voltage, this connection also correctly interrupts as soon as the voltage of the The dynamo sinks below that of the battery to prevent the battery from discharging through the dynamo.
In Fig. 3, the locking device is drawn in the other end position. In this position, as in FIG. 2, the distribution switch b and the cut-off switch c are again free. Instead of the contacts d and e, as in the position according to FIG. 2, the contacts d and f are now more connected to one another by the arms r and s, whereby the coil o receives electricity. It draws in its core and thereby closes switch p, which supplies current to starter motor i. The key g, which is used to adjust the locking member a, can be removed in the position according to FIG.
