Langsamlaufender Elektromotor.
Slow running electric motor. Electric motors with low Tourenzah sources generate a noise when running, which is particularly annoying when the electric motor is used, for example, to drive the plate of a speaking machine. In addition, they often run at uneven speeds.
According to the present invention, it is possible to reduce this harmful noise in such machines in a simple manner.
In Fig. 1 of the accompanying drawings, a two-pole electric motor übli cher design is cal cally illustrated, while Fig. 2 shows a nasch improved motor of the invention as an exemplary embodiment schematically.
When the engine nasch Fig. 1, the poles N and S are arranged exactly diametrically on opposite sides of the armature R. The center line M of the force line field flowing from the north pole to the south pole intersects the anchor axis. As clearly shown in Fig. 1, occurs in the drawn armature position still a significant part of the force line flow on the poles N and S ver leaving rotor prongs a and b and is torn off at the same time by both prongs, causing noise.
In order to achieve the desired noiselessness, the pole S has been shifted to the left in FIG. 2, so that the mean force line path does not intersect the anchor axis. This ensures that the torque of the motor no longer has as great irregularities as is otherwise caused by the fairly coarse armature grooves in a symmetrical force line field, so that the run of the slowly moving armature is uniform with only a small oscillating mass effect. Furthermore, the magnetic noise formation when magnetizing the armature teeth in the tooth parts a and b does not start at the same time, but gradually gradually, so that the strength of the noise and the unevenness is reduced.
The field can also be relocated in such a way that the pole pieces are widened by two poles offset by 180, depending on one side, so the field can be moved laterally by special auxiliary windings. Experience has shown that the relocation of the field does not need to be very large in order to produce the desired effect.
The effects achieved by relocating the middle line of force path usually do not play a significant role in electric motors, but are significant in slow-running motors for speaking machines due to the lack of annoying background noises and for the smoothness of sound reproduction.
