Pump operated with compressed air. In the case of tunnel construction, etc., the cut water is usually removed by pumps, which, unless manual operation is sufficient, require special mechanical systems; For example, an electric motor to drive the pump must be set up and a cable leading to it must be created. However, such systems are always associated with significant costs.
The present invention relates to a pump whose operation uses compressed air, e.g. B. in mining and tunneling is usually already installed in the gallery, is to be brought to use, and also no pistons for use ge long.
The subject of the invention is shown in the drawing in various exemplary embodiments.
1 shows a first embodiment in a longitudinal section, and FIG. 2 shows a plan view of FIG. 1 with a section according to line ABC of FIG. 1. Two pump bodies 1 and 2 are provided here to form a group, which through the double ball valve 3 among themselves and with the pressure pipe 4 are in communication. 5 is the valve ball. At the bottoms of the pump body suction valves 6, 7, also formed as ball valves, are arranged, each of which has a screen basket 8 upstream. 9 are on the pump body floors arranged feet.
The pump body covers are provided with valves 10, 11, as well as with nozzles 12, 13, to which the compressed air lines 14, 15 are connected by means of union nuts 16, which are connected to the end body 17 of a compressed air line (in the drawing not shown) are performed. The end body 17 has a ball valve 18, by means of its ball 19 alternately one and the other of the lines 14, 15 completed respectively. can be opened.
The actuation of this pump can take place in such a way that the pump is sunk into the water and then the compressed air is added to the body 17. The ball 19 is pushed towards the inlet opening of one of the two lines 14, 15, which is closed by it.
The compressed air now flows through the free line into the pump body corresponding to this and, acting as a piston, presses (read water that has penetrated through the valve 6 or 7 in the meantime while closing the valves 10, 11 arranged on the relevant pump body at the same time Through the valve 3 into the pressure line 4, the ball 5 in the valve 3 being pressed against the outlet opening of the other pump body and thus its closure against the pressure line 4.
If the level in the pump body, from which the water is reduced by di: #. Compressed air is expressed so deep that the compressed air can escape through the valve 3, the speed of the compressed air flow in the valve 18 is so great that the ball 19 is entrained and it moves in front of the previously open line 14 or 15 sets.
The compressed air now flows to the other pump body and this is emptied as prescribed, while the first pump body fills with water again, where the air present in it flows through the glass in the lid valve 10 or. 11 removed.
A continuous water drainage is achieved through the alternating active ring of the two pump bodies.
In the embodiment according to FIG. 3, in which a part of the same is shown in a longitudinal section, two pump bodies 21, 22 are again provided which, as in the prescribed embodiment, are designed in parts not shown in the drawing =:
ind. The cover of the body 21 is provided with a (lein end body 23 of a compressed air line, which is not clearly shown in the drawing, which has two channels 24, 2-5, in i:
Which the compressed air lines 26, 27 open out, from which the line 26 is led into the puncture body 21 and the line 27 into the pump body 22. Furthermore, a control piston 28 is provided in the body 23, by means of which it is possible to alternately supply the compressed air to one of the two lines 26, 27.
The shaft 29 of the control piston 28 protrudes into the pump body 21 and carries a float 30, by means of which the control is actuated. 31 are provided in the body 23 by air channels which can be closed by the valve 32.
The actuation of the pump according to this second embodiment takes place in such a way that, depending on the control of the control piston 28 by the float 30, the compressed air is alternately supplied to one or the other pump body.
FIG. 4 shows a further embodiment of an actuator for a 1) return air control according to FIG. 3 in a longitudinal section. The shaft 29 is connected to the float 37 by means of a lever 36 rotatable about the axis 35. This float 37 is open at the top and carries a valve 38 at its lower end. 39 is a stop arranged corresponding to the valve pin 40 in the pump body.
When lowering the shaft 29, the float 37 loves each other, the valve 38 closing. If the water now rises in the pump body, it will finally penetrate the float 37 via the upper edge of the latter. As a result, the float 37 is lowered and the compressed air is reversed.
When the float 3 7 sinks, the valve pin -.0 hits the stop 39 and, as the float continues to sink, the valve 38 opens, so that the water contained in the float 37 also drains off and the heavy compressed air control piston oil the Sch.winimer how.ler can lift, causing the game to repeat itself.
It is. a.ucli provided, pumps with. Provided only one pump body ziz, as well as combining several pump bodies into one operating group and connecting the same compressed air line with the arrangement of a common control system for all Driiekluftzuführungen zti the individual pumps.
