Description

  

  Apparat zum elektrischen Erhitzen durchfliessender Flüssigkeit.    Gegenstand vorliegender Erfindung ist ein  Apparat zum elektrischen Erhitzen durch  fliessender Flüssigkeit, z. B. Wasser, bei wel  chem zu beiden Seiten eines plattenförmigen  Heizkörpers je eine hohle Platte zum Durch  fliessen von dünnen Schichten der zu erwär  menden Flüssigkeit angeordnet ist.  



  In der Zeichnung ist der Gegenstand der  Erfindung in einem Ausführungsbeispiel dar  gestellt und zeigt:       Fig.    1 den Apparat in Seitenansicht,       Fig.    2 einen Schnitt nach der Linie     A-B     der     Fig.    1,       Fig.    3 und 4 in kleinerem     112assstabe    die  Hohlwände von innen gesehen, zum Teil       geöffnet.     



  Es ist 1 ein plattenförmiger, elektrischer  Heizkörper, welcher an die Leitung 2 ange  schlossen ist. Zu beiden Seiten dieses Heiz  körpers 1 liegt je eine hohle Platte mit ihren  dünnen Seitenwänden 3 und 4 an, während  die Seitenwände 5 und 6 in einem geringen  Abstand von den Seitenwänden 3 und 4 liegen  und so enge, scheibenförmige Hohlräume 7  und 8 bilden. Sowohl die Hohlplatte 3, 5, als  auch die Hohlplatte 4, 6 ist durch Rippen 9    unterteilt, so dass in den Räumen 7 und 8,  wie dies     Fig.    3 und 4 erkennen lassen, Durch  flusskanäle 10 entstehen, welche für das durch  fliessende Wasser einen langen Weg bilden.

    Die Hohlplatten 3, 5 und 4, 6 sind durch       Schrauhenbolzen    11 fest gegen den Heizkör  per 1 gepresst. 12 ist die Zuleitung für die  Flüssigkeit zum Hohlraum B. und 13 eine       Austrittsöffnung    für die Flüssigkeit, welche  dann durch die Umleitung 14 und die       nung    15 in der. Hohlraum 7 geführt wird  und durch den     Abflussstutzen    16 austritt. Die  Wände 5 und 6 der Hohlplatten sind dünn  gehalten und deshalb durch Rippen 17 ver  steift.

   Wie aus dem Gesagten zu erkennen,  ist die Anordnung eine derartige, dass die zu  erhitzende Flüssigkeit nicht mit dem Heiz  körper in Berührung     kommt.    Der beschriebene  Apparat lässt eine möglichst intensive     Aus-          nützung    der Heizwärme infolge seines     plattc:n-          för.nigen    Ausbaues zu. Er lässt sich zum  Anschluss an Gleichstrom, Wechselstrom und  Drehstrom ohne weiteres verwende...  



  An Stelle nur eines Heizkörpers zwischen zwei  Hohlplatten könnten auch mehrere Heizkörper  nebeneinander angeordnet sein, wobei dann      zwischen je zwei Heizkörpern und neben den       beiderends    äussersten Heizkörpern je eine  Hohlwand zum Durchfliessen der Flüssigkeit  angeordnet sein kann.

  Instead of just one heating element between two hollow plates, several heating elements could be arranged next to one another, in which case a hollow wall for the liquid to flow through can then be arranged between each two heating elements and next to the outermost heating elements at both ends.

PATENTANSPRUCH: Apparat zum elektrischen Erhitzen durch fliessender Flüssigkeit, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zu beiden Seiten eines plattenförmigen Heizkörpers je eine hohle Platte zum Durch fliessen von dünnen Schichten der zu erhitzen den Flüssigkeit angeordnet ist. UNTERANSPRüCHE 1. Apparat nach Patentanspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Hohlraum der Hohlplatten durch Rippen in Durchfluss- kanäle unterteilt ist. 2. Apparat nach Patentanspruch und Unter anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Hohlplatten dünne Seitenwände be sitzen, von welchen die nach aussen liegen den durch Rippen versteift sind.
