Demgegenüber wird gemäss> der Erfindung ein ganz anderer Weg eingeschlagen, in dem eine die treibenden und die getriebene Welle verkuppelnde Hauptpumpe mit einer um diese Hauptpumpe ringförmig in einem feststehen den Auf.;
Fluid transmission. In the known liquid drives, the pumps and motors were connected in series. If one wanted to obtain constant power on the driven shaft with such gear units with decreasing speed, it was because the impingement surface remained the same in all cases. with increasing load on the transmission, the result is a very high fluid pressure.
This high pressure in connection with the lower speed resulted in such a high slip of the propellant between the blades and the housing that the efficiency was reduced to an uneconomical level, which in turn resulted in a very high heating of the propellant.
In addition, if the speed of the driven shaft was reduced, part of the propellant would be short-circuited and rotated for idling, which in turn caused additional heating of the propellant and further losses. This has also appeared in all transmissions built so far.
In contrast, according to> the invention, a completely different approach is taken, in which a main pump coupling the driving and driven shafts with a main pump ring around this main pump in a fixed position.
engehiiuse ongoing. single or multiple acting auxiliary pump is connected, to which pump a more or less large part of the propellant branched off from the main pump is fed through overflow channels arranged in the fixed sowing housing and there in the event of changes in the drive and driven shaft
Work done.
Various exemplary embodiments of the invention are shown on the display. It shows: F i-. 7. a @ änbsschnitt by a simple fluid transmission along the line 1-B of Fig. '1 ..
Fig. \? the associated, cross-section along the line A-_1 of Fig. 1, Fig. 3 is a longitudinal section through an alternating gear with four gear ratios and three-fold acting auxiliary pump, Fig. 1 is a view of the circuit, 5 shows a section through the housing of the triple-acting auxiliary pump,
Fig. (i a section through a hollow slide along the line D-D in FIG. 3, FIG. 7 a section through the hollow slide along the line C-C in FIG. 3.
In the fluid transmission for a translation according to Fig. 1 and 2, the Kol bentrommel is coupled to the driving shaft b and carries a number of pistons r_- in radial slots, which are füliri by the rollers d right and left in curves e, the are shaped so that the pistons perform the required stroke movement when the drum a rotates.
The curves e are located in the housing l ', which is rotatably mounted and coupled to the driven shaft g. A jaw lt is connected to the housing f, which connects the piston drum and housing f </ I> formed annulus i divided.
An additional pump is arranged around the main pump described above. The piston drum k: this additional pump consists, for example, of one piece with the housing f '. It also carries a number of pistons L in radial slots, which are again guided by rollers in the curves ie. The curves ie are located in the fixed outer housing o which surrounds the additional pump.
A jaw l) is attached to this housing and divides the ring roughness y . The overflow ducts are also arranged in this fixed installation area.
Furthermore, the annulus g is connected on the one hand through the opening r to the annulus, on the other hand through the opening i, with your annulus u. The annular space s is again through the opening v, as does the annular space u. through the opening ic with the annulus i. in connection. All rooms are filled with the propellant.
When rotating the driving shaft b in the direction of the arrow in FIG. 2, the propellant is pressed by the piston o against the jaw h of the rotatable housing f. At the same time, the pressure spreads through the opening e into the annular space s and from there through the opening r to the annular space! I.
In this annular space rq, the pressure on the brook p) finds an abutment and consequently acts through the piston l on the piston drum k and the housing f connected to it. The housing j 'is thus driven simultaneously by the jaw lt and the piston L and rotates in the same Siun as the driving shaft.
With your C # xeliäuse f ', however, the piston drum k also rotates in its stationary housing o, whereby a propellant delivery occurs in the additional pump. This amount of propellant must now always flow through the main pump, so that the rotating housing of the main pump remains behind the piston by this amount.
This is made clear in the drawing by the fact that part of the propellant circulates in the main pump according to the arrows 1 shown, another part of it branches off at arrow 2, circulates in the additional pump according to arrows 3 and according to arrow 4 flows back to the main pump.
With this diverted amount of liquid, the piston drum of the main pump must rush past the housing and thus also the driving shaft past the driven one. The branched-off flow of liquid therefore does additional work in the additional pump, whereas previously it had to be idled, consuming work, while the remaining part of the propellant was carried out directly. acts through the housing f 'of the main pump on the driven shaft.
The main pump has two functions at the same time in the dargestell th embodiment. It not only acts as a pump, but also as a motor, while the additional pump only acts as a motor and, when it is switched on, the total impingement area is increased, so that the fluid pressure remains the same even when the load increases, resulting in increased slip losses between piston and housing Way can not occur.
In this way, in addition to the torque occurring in the main pump, an additional torque is obtained in the auxiliary pump, which is added to that in the main pump so . (laf) 'for all I: with "settlement conditions" the product of torque and speed, i.e. the power remains the same.
A regulation of the transmission ratio can be achieved either by arranging several additional pumps, which can be switched on or off individually, or by switching on a single additional pump with a finitely controllable delivery rate. Fig. 3 shows an embodiment of such a transmission with four Cbei-setzui)
gerl. The additional pump is designed to act triple. In the outer housing o are each Weil over the jaw h hollow round slides .r arranged, which by appropriate setting of the openings y and z (Fig. 5 and 7) either allow your propellant to flow over the jaws or prevent such ,
while the opening 'interrupts or establishes the connection with the annular space s. The hollow slide a each carry a gear a ', in which the toothed segment b' engages.
The latter is firmly connected to your tooth cross e ', so by turning the gear wheel d' engaging in tooth cross c ', the slides x can be adjusted in sequence. '-'If the slide x of a stage is in the position shown in FIGS. 6 and 7, the propellant coming from the main pump flows through the opening.:
'(Fig. 6) into the slide cavity and from there through opening 7 "in the working space of the relevant stage of the additional pump. In Fig. 5, the upper right-hand stage is shown connected to the main pump.
The slides .c of the other stages are rotated at right angles to the positions u_ii shown in Fig. 6 and 7, the slider cavity being closed off after the main pump and the pressure and suction chamber of the successive stages through the openings J and .- -. be short-circuited. If all control slides are in the position described last, the main pump is completely shut off from the auxiliary pump.
The liquid trapped in the main pump then serves as a coupling member between the drive and the driven shaft. There is then a direct transmission of the force. .1e after which one or more stages of the additional pump can be connected to the main pump. there is a corresponding reduction in the speed of the driven shaft.
Of course, the shaft, which has since been thought of as a driven shaft, can also be viewed as the driving shaft, which then deceives the housing of the main pump and the piston barrel of the auxiliary pump. With this arrangement, the speed of the driving shaft would lag behind the speed of the driven shaft, that is, an L-ratio would be achieved at high speed.
