Description
Von den drei Nullpunkten der sekundären Wicklung 0l_;, führen Leitungen zu einer dreiphasigen Drosselspule d mit den An zapfungen (;
Device for regulating polyphase rectifiers. It is already known to use a three-phase zero point choke coil on the secondary side of the main transformer in multi-phase rectifiers with six phases, for the purpose of better utilization of the secondary transformer windings. It is also known to use the zero point choke coil for voltage regulation.
According to the invention, the voltage control is carried out by gradually connecting or disconnecting turns on the aforementioned choke coil. For this purpose, the zero point choke coil is provided with taps and these taps are connected to contacts of a regulating element, as with cell switches. Contacts lying next to one another are assigned to different phases and a sliding contact is placed on the contacts for conducting current, which is so wide that it covers at least three contacts at the same time.
In the drawing, for example, a device for controlling a six-phase judge is shown. III of the figure denotes #i the primary winding, #z the secondary winding of the main transformer with the three 'zero point connections 01_; s. The outer terminals 1-6 are connected to the correspondingly numbered anodes of the rectifier y.
From the three zero points of the secondary winding 0l_;, lines lead to a three-phase choke coil d with the taps (;
, -c ". The contact track a is arranged linearly in the manner of the cell switch and is connected to the taps of the choke coil c, -c" in the manner shown in the figure. The sliding contact b short-circuits three contacts at a time and, in a known manner, enables a large number of stages to be achieved with a relatively small number of taps r,
-c ". With the selected circuit et-the sliding contacts b give the 31inus pole and the cathode! j of the rectifier the phispol of the direct current source.
The device described thus enables the use of a three-phase regulating choke coil on the secondary side and a linearly arranged cell switch, which until now was only known in connection with a three-phase rectifier, even with six-phase rectifiers.
Insofar as such regulating circuits were also used in secondary six-phase rectifier transformers, their application extends only to the high-voltage winding, which, with regard to the high voltage prevailing there, results in certain incompatibilities.
The innovation can also be used with a rectifier transformer with more than six phases, with the number of phases in the inductors being only half the number of phases on the secondary side of the main transformer.
