Solid fuel burners. In the case of smaller cooking appliances for spirits, petrol, hard alcohol, metaldehyde and the like, especially with the known tourist cooking appliances, it is desirable to initially have a lively and high-temperature flame, later a smaller, evenly burning flame.
The tourist who wants to cook his soup, for example, wants to bring it to the boil as quickly as possible with a large flame, but then keep it boiling for a longer period of time without having to worry about burning or boiling over, which is just with. a small flame is possible. Many cooking appliances are therefore equipped with a Flaniinenregulierurigsvoi - direction, but this requires personal attention and service.
The subject matter of the present invention is a burner for solid fuels which can be obtained in tablet form, such as metaldehyde and the like, which is constructed in such a way that it is one first. lively, after a certain time, which can be set as desired, but provides a smaller, constantly burning flame.
The middle part of the new burner has a container to be charged with fuel, in which the fuel is pushed in according to its consumption and thus has a constant burning surface with regard to its height and size.
This container is surrounded by a plate-like fuel carrier, which is intended to hold fuel for the first lively flame. The plate is advantageously perforated, i.e. H. it contains slots or holes for air supply.
In order to operate the burner, as much fuel is thrown on the plate holder as, according to experience, it includes bringing the food to the boil. Is. if this smokes or smokes, the burning surface of the container comes into action. and provides a smaller, constant burning flame.
When the flame of the container, which, for example, may be cylindrical, must always be at the same height, it has a preferably automatic feeding device, for example a spring that carries the fuel pellets

The burner has a perforated Tel lerträger T and a container R with fuel B in it. Under the fuel is the spring T, which presses it against the stop A, here consisting of a wire bracket held by a small plate neck H.
You can adjust the height of the wire; if the: the hole in the neck of the plate through which it is inserted is elongated and inclined to the horizontal, or if, as shown here, the plate together with the di'alite relative to the container is finite through rotation. Can be adjusted using the screw thread S. This of course does not exhaust the possibilities for adjustable machundes wire.
In the drawing, the case of the plate carrier is almost its entire length through a layer of air. L is separated from the container ... also perforated in order to force air flow upwards in space L and the:
L overcomes the heat, which could take place between the two through the screw connection S, to take away any harmful effect on the container. Instead of. the air layer can also be a layer of asbestos, eternit. or store other material that is poor at conducting heat.
Or you can use this heat insulating layer. between fuel B and container R Anb'ririgeri. Or finally, N ian can be H or R, or both, made of glass, porcelain, Eternit or other material that does not conduct heat well. produce. F is "the base of the burner.
