Pressvorrichtung um mittels eines sogenannten Schraubenknechtes oder einer Schraub zwinge Holzstücke aufeinander zu pressen, behufs Zusammenleimens derselben. Gegenstand vorliegender Erfindung ist eine Pressvorrichtung, um mittelst eines sogenann ten Schraubenknechtes, bezw. Schraubenzwinge Holzstücke aufeinander zu pressen, behufs Zusammenleimens derselben. Dieselbe weist mindestens eine mit Handgriff versehene Schraubenspindel auf und ein Mutterstück, das wenigstens mit einer Einkerbung verse hen ist, die zur Aufnahme des Schaftes eines Schraubenknechtes oder Schraubenzwinge die nen kann, welch letztere an einem der Holz stücke festgeschraubt werden, an welchem Schafte das Mutterstück beim Drehen der mit ihrem freien Ende an das anzuleimende Holzstück pressenden Schraubenspindel seinen Stützpunkt findet.
Der Erfindungsgegenstand ist in beilie gender Zeichnung in zwei beispielsweisen Ausführungsformen dargestellt, und zwar zeigt Fig. 1 eine erste Ausführungsform der Pressvorrichtung; Fig. 2 eine zweite Ausführungsform und zugleich noch eine erste Art der Anwendung derselben; Fig. 3 und 4 zeigen eine Anwendung der Pressvorrichtung gemäss Fig. 1, und zwar Fig. 3 in vergrössertem Massstabe einen Schnitt nach der Linie 4-B von Fig. 4, Fig. 5 und 6 eine weitere Anwendung der Pressvorrichtung gemäss Fig. 2, wobei Fig. 5 in vergrössertem Massstabe einen Schnitt nach der Linie C-D von Fig. 6 darstellt.
Die in Fig. 1 dargestellte Pressvorrichtung besteht aus einer mit Handgriff 1 und einem Mutterstücke 2 versehenen Schraubenspindel<B>3.</B> Letztere ist mittelst eines Kugelgelenkes 4 mit einem Ansatze 5 verbunden. Das Mutter stück 2 weist zwei seitliche Einschnitte ver schiedener Breite 6 und 7 auf, die zur Auf nahme des Schaftes eines an einem der Holz stücke festgeschraubten Schraubenknechtes oder Schraubenzwinge gewöhnlicher Art be stimmt sind (Fig. 3 und 4).
Die Pressvorrichtung gemäss Fig. 2 besteht aus zwei zueinander parallel liegenden, mit Handgriff 1 und mit Ansätzen 5 versehene Schraubenspindeln 3, welch letztere ein ge meinschaftliches Mutterstück 8 aufweisen. Dieses Mutterstüick besitzt einen seitlichen Einschnitt 9 (Fig. 2, 5, 6) und einen haken förmigen Ansatz 11, wie aus dem Schnitte in Fig. 5 ersichtlich ist. Beide sind bestimmt, den Schaft 14 eines gewöhnlichen Schrauben knechtes oder einer Schraubenzwinge aufzu nehmen (Fig. 2 und 5).
Die Art und Weise der Anwendung der gezeichneten Pressvorrichtung ist in Fig. 2-6 dargestellt. Nachdem ein Schraubenknecht oder eine Schraubenzwinge gewöhnlicher Art 12 an das Grundbrett 13 derart festgeschraubt ist, dass der Schaft 14 derselben etwas seit lich über das anzuleimende Kantenholz sich hinzieht, wird zum Beispiel bei Verwendung der Pressvorrichtung gemäss Fig. 1, dieselbe einerseits mittelst des Ansatzes 5 an dem Kantenholze und anderseits mittelst des Ein schnittes 6 oder 7 an dem Schafte 14 ab gestützt (Fig. 3 und 4), worauf durch An ziehen der Schraubenspindel das Kantenholz auf das Grundbrett gepresst wird.
Bei Verwendung der Pressvorrichtung ge- m t äss Fig. 2 wird dieselbe in ähnlicher Weise einerseits mittelst der Ansätze 5 an das Kan tenholz und anderseits entweder mittelst des hakenförmigen Ansatzes 11 (Fig. ä und 6), oder mittelst des Einschnittes 9 (Fig. 2) ge gen den Schaft 14 abgestützt, worauf wieder um durch Anziehen beider Schraubenspindeln das Kantenholz auf das Grundbrett gepresst wird.
Im ersten Falle, wenn die Pressvorrich- tung gemäss Fig. 2 mit dem hakenförmigen Ansatze 11 gegen den Schaft 14 abgestützt wird, stellt sich dieselbe mit der Längsrich tung des Mutterstückes 8, wie aus Fig. 6 hervorgeht, parallel zur Längsrichtung des Schaftes 14 ein, wobei beide Schraubenspin deln auf einer Seite des Schaftes zu liegen kommen, im letzteren Falle hingegen, wenn die Pressvorrichtung mit den Einschnitte 9 gegen den Schaft 14 abgestützt wird, stellt sich das Mutterstück 8 senkrecht zur Längs richtung des Schaftes ein, und die Schrauben spindeln kommen auf entgegengesetzter Seite des Schaftes zu stehen (Fig. 2).

The present invention is a pressing device to means of a so-called screw knuckle, respectively. Screw clamp to press pieces of wood together, for the purpose of gluing them together. The same has at least one screw spindle provided with a handle and a nut piece, which is at least one notch verse hen, which can be used to hold the shaft of a screw jack or screw clamp, the latter being screwed to one of the pieces of wood, on which shafts the nut piece when turning the screw spindle pressing with its free end against the piece of wood to be glued finds its support point.
The subject matter of the invention is shown in two exemplary embodiments in the accompanying drawings, namely FIG. 1 shows a first embodiment of the pressing device; 2 shows a second embodiment and at the same time a first type of application of the same; 3 and 4 show an application of the pressing device according to FIG. 1, namely FIG. 3 on an enlarged scale a section along the line 4-B of FIG. 4, FIGS. 5 and 6 another application of the pressing device according to FIG. 2 , FIG. 5 showing, on an enlarged scale, a section along the line CD of FIG.
The pressing device shown in FIG. 1 consists of a screw spindle 3 provided with a handle 1 and a nut piece 2. The latter is connected to an attachment 5 by means of a ball joint 4. The nut piece 2 has two side incisions ver different widths 6 and 7, which are true to the acquisition of the shaft of a screwed on one of the pieces of wood screw jacks or screw clamps of the usual type be (Fig. 3 and 4).
The pressing device according to FIG. 2 consists of two mutually parallel, screw spindles 3 provided with handle 1 and lugs 5, the latter having a joint nut 8. This mother piece has a lateral incision 9 (Fig. 2, 5, 6) and a hook-shaped projection 11, as can be seen from the section in FIG. Both are intended to take the shaft 14 of an ordinary screw servant or a screw clamp (Fig. 2 and 5).
The manner of using the pressing device shown is shown in Fig. 2-6. After a screw servant or a screw clamp of the usual type 12 has been screwed to the base board 13 in such a way that the shaft 14 of the same extends somewhat laterally over the edge wood to be glued, for example when using the pressing device according to FIG on the edge wood and on the other hand by means of a cut 6 or 7 on the shaft 14 supported (Fig. 3 and 4), whereupon by pulling the screw spindle, the edge wood is pressed onto the base board.
When using the pressing device according to FIG. 2, the same is applied in a similar manner on the one hand by means of the attachments 5 to the edge wood and on the other hand either by means of the hook-shaped attachment 11 (FIGS. 1 and 6), or by means of the incision 9 (FIG. 2 ) ge against the shaft 14, whereupon the edge wood is pressed onto the base board again by tightening both screw spindles.
In the first case, when the pressing device according to FIG. 2 is supported with the hook-shaped lugs 11 against the shaft 14, the same occurs with the longitudinal direction of the nut piece 8, as can be seen from FIG. 6, parallel to the longitudinal direction of the shaft 14 , with both screw spindles to lie on one side of the shaft, in the latter case, however, when the pressing device with the incisions 9 is supported against the shaft 14, the nut piece 8 is perpendicular to the longitudinal direction of the shaft, and the screws spindles come to stand on the opposite side of the shaft (Fig. 2).
