Il est montré au dessin ci-annexé une forme d'exécution d'une machine à refroidir le chocolat en pâte selon l'invention. La fig. 1 est une vue en élévation de la machine, cou pée par la ligne A-B de la fig. 2; la fig. 2 en est une vue en plan, certaines parties en étant arrachées pour montrer l'intérieur; la fig. 3 est une vue à plus grande échelle d'une coupe selon la ligne C-D de la fig. 1; la fig. 4 est une vue à la même échelle d'une coupe selon la ligne FF de la fig. 1;
Machine for cooling the chocolate paste. The object of the present invention is a chocolate paste cooling machine which comprises, in a refrigeration chamber, at least two parallel endless belt conveyors for the molds loaded with paste, on and between the led and cone strands. ductors of which are arranged ventilation vanes rotating in horizontal planes to circulate and distribute the cold air sent to them by a fan assigned to this service.
An embodiment of a machine for cooling chocolate paste according to the invention is shown in the accompanying drawing. Fig. 1 is an elevational view of the machine, cut along the line A-B of FIG. 2; fig. 2 is a plan view, some parts broken away to show the interior; fig. 3 is a view on a larger scale of a section along the line C-D of FIG. 1; fig. 4 is a view to the same scale of a section along the line FF of FIG. 1;
fig. 5 is a view on a larger scale of part of FIG. 2; fig. 6 shows various shapes that the ventilation vanes can have. The machine shown has two conveyors 1 and I1 arranged parallel and at the same level in a refrigerating chamber 2. (: these conveyors are formed of wooden strips connected to each other and each slide on two angle irons 3, resp. 3 ' (see fig. 3).
Between these two transporters, which are moved separately by motors 5 and 5 ', is an empty space -I in which are arranged vertical shafts 6 which carry ventilation pallets 7 rotating above the transporters at a height sufficient not to touch the molds 8 which are on the wooden slats. Between the driven strand 10 and the conductive strand 11 of each conveyor are arranged other ventilation vanes 9 wedged on the same vertical shafts 6, which are moved by means of a shaft 31 and bevel gears. 32 by a 30 motor.
Towards the middle of the machine under the refrigeration chamber 2 is a central fan 12 which circulates air in the direction of the arrows in FIG. 1 by passing it over 2 '2 "coils in connection with a cold machine.
After having passed through the refrigerating chamber which , 'does not end on the coils and the fan @@ t have cooled, the molds 8, full of the chocolate taken, pass into a chamber 17 adjacent to Iz, the first one.
During the passage of these molds, a relative seal is 2ssured between the two chambers by cloi- @ ,, -) ns 18 which carry soft brushes 19, Iti 'and 19 "yes rub on the strands of transporteui and on what they wear.
This @liambre 17 is intended to bring the shock, _, lat and the, molds to a temperature similar to that of the demolding chamber in order to avoid precipitation on the molds 1ci @ if we empty them.
For this purpose, it is provided \ 1 = s pallets 16 and 16 '(see fig. 4) which suck the air ch: the demoulding chamber through orifices 2? and 23, pass this air over the molds and through the conveyor to return through openings 24 into the delivery chamber @ it arrives.
Above the machine are placed conveyors for the cooling of the cooled molds which are lifted from one conveyor to the other towards the idziciche end of the machine.
The hot molds arrive through the right end of the machine (fig. 1) on the driven strand 10 of the conveyor; they enter the refrigerating chamber where they are subjected to a current of cold air coming from the central fan 12, a current of air which is circulated and distributed uniformly over all the molds by the ventilation vanes carried by the vertical axes 6 .
Said molds then pass under the brushes, then into chamber # - 17 to be tempered again. On leaving this chamber, they are raised on the conveyor 34 by means of an apparatus of the type described in Swiss patent no. 82749 and transported backwards.
The arrangement of two conveyors inside chambers 2 and 17, conveyors that can be made as wide as you want, one next to the other, allows to save a lot of space while obtaining a yield. maximum of the surface occupied by the transporters. The arrangement of the pallets on and under the latter ensures a rational and equal cooling of the material contained in the molds, conditions necessary to obtain beautiful moldings and to avoid remaking. The ventilation fins may have the shapes designated in fi * 6 through 13, 1-1 and 15.
They can rotate by entangling one in the other or simply next to each other. - The number of pallets will vary according to the quantity of air to be mixed and according to the special purpose of the machine.
The fact of operating the two conveyors independently of one another makes it possible to vary the speed of these two parts of the machine and consequently, to treat at the same time two kinds of products requiring different stays inside. of the machine.
