Description

  

  Rückenplatte für Schiebezähne.    Die Rückenplatte für     SeIllebfzälllle    wird  bis jetzt aus zwei Teilen hergestellt, indem  nämlich die in die Zahnnute einzuführende  Leiste aufgelötet oder     eingestanzt    oder ein  genietet wird. Die Nachteile dieses Verfahrens  bestehen darin, dass das Lot nicht richtig  fliesst, oder dass die     Schieberleiste        wegbricht     oder sich lockert.  



  Gegenstand der Erfindung ist eine Rücken  platte für Schiebezähne, die sowohl für  Schneidezähne, als auch für Eck- und Backen  zähne     (Bicus    und     1VIolaren)    verwendet werden  kann, und deren Neuheit darin besteht, dass  die Platte mit der Falzleiste ans einem     Stücke     herausgearbeitet ist.  



  In der Zeichnung ist ein     Ausführttngs-          beispiel    einer solchen     Rückenplatte    gezeigt,  und zwar zeigt     Fig.    1 die Ansicht von vorn,       Fig.    2 eine Seitenansicht,     Fig.    3 einen Quer  schnitt, während     Fig.    4 und 5 die Platte mit  dem Zahne, und zwar erstere die Ansicht    von vorn und letztere die Ansicht von der  Seite zeigt.  



       a.    ist die eigentliche Platte, b die aus  einem Stücke mit der Platte herausgearbeitete  Falzleiste, während c den Zahn mit der für  die Falzleiste bestimmten Nute darstellt. Zur  Herstellung dieser     Rückenplatte    kann jedes  geeignete Material     genommen    werden und die  Falzleiste kann jede dem betreffenden Zahne  angepasste Form besitzen.



  Back plate for sliding teeth. The back plate for SeIllebfzälllle has so far been made of two parts, namely by soldering or punching or riveting the bar to be inserted into the tooth groove. The disadvantages of this process are that the solder does not flow properly, or that the slide bar breaks away or loosens.



  The subject of the invention is a back plate for sliding teeth, which can be used for incisors as well as for canines and cheek teeth (bicus and 1VIolaren), and its novelty is that the plate is worked out on one piece with the rebate strip.



  The drawing shows an exemplary embodiment of such a back plate, namely, FIG. 1 shows the view from the front, FIG. 2 shows a side view, FIG. 3 shows a cross section, while FIGS. 4 and 5 show the plate with the teeth, and FIG although the former shows the view from the front and the latter the view from the side.



       a. is the actual plate, b the rebate strip carved out of one piece with the plate, while c represents the tooth with the groove intended for the rebate strip. Any suitable material can be used to produce this back plate, and the rebate strip can have any shape adapted to the teeth in question.

PATENT CLAIM: Back plate for sliding teeth that can be used for incisors as well as for canines and molars (bicus and lolar teeth); characterized in that the plate is carved out of one piece with the associated rebate strip.
