Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Essgeschirrhalter zum lösbaren Befestigen eines Essgeschirrs, insbesondere eines Tellers an einem Tisch. Der Essgeschirrhalter weist eine Befestigungseinheit (1) und eine Halteeinheit (2) zum Halten des Essgeschirrs auf. Die Halteeinheit (2) umfasst eine Haltefläche (3), ein Haltelement (4) und wenigstens zwei Federelemente (5). Die Haltefläche (3) und das Haltelement (4) sind durch die Federelemente (5) übereinander und gegen eine Federspannung zueinander derart beweglich gehalten, dass sie ein Essgeschirr zwischen sich aufnehmen können. Das Haltelement (4) weist eine Aussparung (6) als Zugang zum Essgeschirr auf. Die Befestigungseinheit (1) ist vorzugsweise abnehmbar an der Haltefläche (3) vorgesehen. Solche Haltevorrichtungen sind auch für Menschen mit motorischen Einschränkungen, wie bei Menschen mit Behinderungen oder manchen älteren Menschen, hilfreich. Bei den meisten dieser Vorrichtungen ist eine Teller- oder Schalenform als Vertiefung in die Vorrichtung integriert. Claims

1. Dinnerware holder for releasably fastening dinnerware, in particular a plate, to a table, the dinnerware holder having a fastening unit (1) for releasably fastening the dinnerware holder to the table and a holding unit (2) for holding the dinnerware, characterized in that - the holding unit (2) comprises a holding surface (3), a holding element (4) and at least two spring elements (5), the holding surface (3) and holding element (4) being held one above the other by the at least two spring elements (5) and movable relative to one another against a spring tension in such a way that they can accommodate the dinnerware between them, and the holding element (4) has a recess (6) as access to the dinnerware, and - the fastening unit (1) is provided on the holding surface (3).
