Abstract

Insgesamt führt die gesellschaftliche Singularisierung in Form des Alleinwohnens zu einem Schrumpfen der Haushaltsgrössen, woraus sich das mit dem Begriff Microliving bezeichnete Wohnphänomen herausgebildet hat. Mitstudenten. Als grosse Herausforderung sollten die vorgenannten Anforderungen dieser jungen Nachfragergruppe zu möglichst günstigen Konditionen befriedigt werden können. Für die Bewohner von Mikrowohnungen, die ihre Wohnstätte nur als kostengünstige Schlafstätte betrachten, kann es eine grosse Belastung sein, wenn äussere Umstände ein Arbeiten von zuhause aus erforderlich machen bzw. ein Verlassen der eigenen Räumlichkeiten auf ein Minimum reduziert werden soll. Insgesamt ist zu erwarten, dass in Zukunft auch kleine Wohnungen zunehmend eine Umstellung auf Homeoffice ermöglichen können müssen. Für die Planung von ohnehin schon kleinflächigen Mikrowohnungen stellt dies eine grosse Herausforderung dar. [0016] Die Erfindung basiert auf der Erkenntnis, dass die Wohnfreundlichkeit und der Wohnkomfort einer Mikrowohnung sowie ein behagliches Wohngefühl abbildbar bzw. quantifizierbar ist. Zum einen hängt das angenehme Wohngefühl in einer Mikrowohnung mit dem freien Rauminnenvolumenanteil, d.h. dem freien Rauminnenvolumen gemessen am Bruttoinnenvolumen, zusammen. Das Bruttoinnenvolumen ist dabei das Produkt aus der Grundrissinnenfläche, welche also die Stärke der Aussenwände der Wohnung nicht mit einrechnet, und der Raumhöhe. Das freie Rauminnenvolumen entspricht dabei dem nicht-verbauten Raum über der Wohnfläche, welche begehbar ist. Dieser Raum wird beim Wohnen 'erlebt'. Entsprechend zählt der Raum über oder unter einer Bettstatt nicht zum freien Rauminnenvolumen. Auch der Nasszellenraum, also der Raum über der Nasszellenfläche, welche Fläche nicht als Teil der Wohnfläche angesehen wird, ist im freien Rauminnenvolumen nicht enthalten, weil ein Nasszellenbereich als eigene Einheit wahrgenommen wird. Das Verhältnis, gebildet aus dem freien Rauminnenvolumen geteilt durch das Bruttoinnenvolumen, das heisst der freie Rauminnenvolumenanteil, schlägt sich im Wahrnehmen des Bewohners spürbar nieder. Ein geringer Wert dieses Verhältnisses, sprich wenig freier Raum pro Wohnfläche, führt dazu, dass man sich eingeengt fühlt. Um gleichzeitig die Wohnfreundlichkeit und den Wohnkomfort, folglich die Praxistauglichkeit und gute Benutzbarkeit der Wohnung sicherzustellen, muss die Mikrowohnung über klug konzipierte Einrichtungen verfügen. Solches wird vom Bewohner sehr geschätzt und trägt zu einem positiven Wohngefühl bei. Dabei besteht ein Zielkonflikt zwischen dem Bieten eines grossen freibleibenden Rauminnenvolumens und gleichzeitig dem Bieten von komfortabler, praktischer und daher wohnlicher Grundeinrichtungen, denn es ist nur endlich Platz vorhanden, insbesondere in einer Mikrowohnung. Es gilt: Je kleiner die Wohnung, desto schwieriger ist dieser Zielkonflikt zu lösen. Denn die Anordnung von Mikrowohnungen und das daraus resultierende Wohnbefinden hängt empfindlich von Modifikationen ab, sodass man bei der Konzeptionierung nicht einfach bedarfsweise Stauraum schaffen oder weglassen kann. Die erfindungsgemässe Mikrowohnung sieht deshalb vor, mit benutzerfreundlichen und besonders praktisch ausgerichteten Grundausstattungseinheiten eine optimale Raumausnutzung sicherzustellen, wodurch ein entsprechend grosses Rauminnenvolumen frei und unverbaut bleiben kann. Diese Faktoren des freien Rauminnenvolumenanteils, gepaart mit einer durchdachten Grundeinrichtung, ermöglichen das angestrebte angenehme Wohngefühl, das mit der erfindungsgemässen Wohnung auch auf ausgesprochen kleinen Bruttoinnenflächen realisierbar und wahrnehmbar ist. Die erfindungsgemässe Mikrowohnung ist so konzipiert, dass sie dem Bewohner ein Optimum an Komfort bietet und dieser möglichst kein Rauminnenvolumen für ansonsten erforderliche Anschaffungen opfern muss. Es ist deshalb vorgesehen, dass die Wohnung eine so optimale Einrichtung bietet, dass keine eigenen Schränke, Kommoden, etc. angeschafft werden müssen. Dies erleichtert auch den Ein- und Auszug aus einer solchen Wohnung. Eine eigene Nasszelle bietet dabei zusätzlichen Wohnkomfort gegenüber einer gemeinschaftlich genutzten, weil Körperpflege und Hygiene eine persönliche Angelegenheit sind und daher auch bevorzugt in den eigenen Räumlichkeiten stattfinden können sollen. Zudem kann mit einer eigenen Nasszelle pro Wohneinheit auch besser auf individuelle Bedürfnisse eingegangen werden, z.B. durch Montage von Einrichtungen für gehbehinderte Personen. Des Weiteren bietet eine eigene Kochgelegenheit Wohnkomfort und Flexibilität. Indessen kann diese Mikrowohnung auch mit andern, etwa kleineren Raumhöhen realisiert werden. Oben rechts im Plan erkennt man den Eingangsbereich 1. Dieser ist hier beinahe quadratisch und grosszügig angesetzt, weil es sich erwiesen hat, dass dies eine willkommenheissende Atmosphäre schafft und einem angenehmen Wohngefühl zuträglich ist. Von aussen tritt man durch die Eingangstüre 2 in diesen Eingangsbereich 1, wobei die Eingangstüre 2 rechts angeschlagen ist. Mit dem Aufschwenken der Türe 2 wird damit der Bereich und Zugang zu einer Garderobe 3 freigegeben. Eine Garderobe erweist sich dabei als vorteilhaft, denn bei kaltem oder nassem Wetter will man üblicherweise gleich nach dem Betreten einer Wohnung ein Kleidungsstück ablegen und am besten wird dieses im Eingangsbereich aufgehängt, damit es allenfalls abtropfen und trocknen kann. Entsprechend bietet die Garderobe 3 eine horizontale Stange, an welcher sich mehrere Kleiderbügel aufhängen lassen. Alternativ bieten sich Knäufe oder Aufhängehaken an. Daneben ist mit Vorteil ein Gestell 7 zum platzsparenden und übersichtlichen Aufbewahren von z. B. Schuhen angeordnet und darüber weitere Aufhängehaken oder Knäufe, für das Anbringen sonstiger Utensilien. Beim Eintreten in die Wohnung ist auf der linken Seite die Nasszelle 5 angeordnet. Sie ist mit einer Tür 6 erschlossen, welche direkt an die Garderobe 3 anschliesst und ebenfalls rechts angeschlagen ist. Beim Öffnen schwenkt sie mindestens um 90° in die Nasszelle 6 hinein, ohne darin Platz zu versperren. Die nachfolgend angegebenen Masse sind auf 1 cm genau auf- oder abgerundet. Die Türzarge misst mindestens 80 cm in der lichten Breite, sodass auch ein Rollstuhl die Türe passieren kann. Die Nasszelle 5 misst im gezeigten Beispiel 171 cm in der Breite und 210 cm in der Länge, bei gleichbleibender Raumhöhe von 260 cm. Sie ist somit rollstuhlgängig, das heisst mit einem Rollstuhl so befahrbar, dass die Türe 6 nach Einfahren mit einem Rollstuhl schliessbar ist. Die Nasszelle 5 verfügt minimal über ein WC 8 mit zugehörigem Lavabo 9 sowie eine Dusche 10. Die Dusche 10 verfügt über keine eingebaute Wanne, sondern der Nasszellenboden läuft mit nötigem Gefälle zum Ablauf hin aus. Damit wird Platz gewonnen, sodass sich ein Rollstuhl in der Nasszelle 5 wenden lässt und dann rückwärts neben das WC bzw. links des WCs rollen und dort parkieren kann, sodass die ihn benützende Person hernach auf das WC wechseln kann und umgekehrt. Der linke Rollstuhlreifen mag dann einen Teil des Duschenbodens beanspruchen. Die Nasszelle misst im gezeigten Beispiel aussen 188 cm x 229 cm. Unterhalb der Spüle 14 ist ein Staufach für den Abfallcontainer vorhanden und unter der Ablagefläche 13 ist Platz für den optionalen Einbau eines Geschirrspülers vorhanden. Die erzielbaren Stauräume mit Ablageflächen lassen sich anhand eines Mustergrundrisses für diese Mikrowohnung aufzeigen: Dabei weist die Mikrowohnung eine Innenlänge von der Eingangstüre bis zur gegenüberliegenden Fensterwand von 506 cm auf, und eine Innenbreite von 458 cm. Die Kochnische 11 misst dabei in der gesamten Breite 292 cm und in der Tiefe 69 cm. Das Kochfeld 12 ist auf einer Höhe von 90 cm angeordnet und das Kochfeld 12, die Ablagefläche 13 und die Spüle 14 erstrecken sich über eine Gesamtbreite von 144 cm. Die Nischenhöhe beträgt 101 cm. Mit dieser Aufteilung lassen sich folgende Brutto-Stauraumvolumina erzielen: Um die Kochnische 11 herum, d.h. unterhalb der Kochfläche 12, der Ablagefläche 13 und der Spüle 14 über die ganze Breite der Küche sowie auf beiden Seiten und oberhalb der Kochnische 11 total 4'214 Liter. Dazu kommen noch Regale 17 an der Rückwand der Kochnische 11 mit einer Tiefe von 15 cm über eine Höhe von 62 cm. Diese bieten ein zusätzliches Bruttovolumen für den Regalbereich von 137 Litern. Somit ergibt sich für das Bruttostauraumvolumen rund um die Kochnische 11 und einschliesslich des Bruttovolumens des Regalbereichs insgesamt 4'351 Liter. Das Bruttovolumen wird deshalb brutto angegeben, weil es auch Seitenwände, allfällige Trennwände, Tablare und Schubladen, etc., einschliesst. Solche können je nach Bedarf angeordnet werden. Die erfindungsgemässe Wohnung schafft es, Wohnkomfort und -behagen auf kleinen bis kleinsten Flächen in unerreichtem Masse zu gewährleisten, und das Wohnen in Mikrowohnungen auf eine völlig neue Komfortstufe anzuheben. In der erfindungsgemässen Wohnung wurde unter anderem der nicht im eigentlichen Sinne begehbare Raum, der sich ober- und unterhalb der für das Liegen vorgesehenen Bettfläche befindet, optimal ausgenutzt, indem er in geschickter Weise als Stauraum konzipiert wurde. Das freie Rauminnenvolumen errechnet sich aus dem Bruttoinnenvolumen, in welches die äusseren Wände der Wohnung nicht miteingerechnet sind, abzüglich des Schlafstätte-Raumvolumens über die ganze Fläche eines Bettes im nutzbaren Zustand, also so, wie es zum darauf Liegen bereit ist, vom Fussboden bis zur Decke, sowie abzüglich des Nasszellenbereichs, weiter abzüglich des Küchenbruttovolumens gebildet durch die Schränke und Staufächer der Kücheneinheit, wobei für das Küchenbruttovolumen keine Küchennischenvolumina abgezogen werden, und abzüglich etwaiger Volumina infolge von sonstigen von der jeweiligen Wohnung zur Verfügung gestellten Schränken, Staufächern, etc. (das heisst abzüglich des Bruttoraumvolumens, der infolge von diesen Schrank- und Staufachvolumina beansprucht bzw. ausgefüllt wird), kurzum, abzüglich des Raumes, den solche Einheiten als Ganzes einnehmen bzw. ausfüllen und damit dem Wohnraum entziehen. Damit fällt das freibleibende Rauminnenvolumen grösser aus, wenn weniger Schrankvolumen ausserhalb des Schlafstätte-Raumvolumens aufgenommen werden muss, wodurch die Wohnung grosszügiger wirkt bzw. es wird dann mehr Raum wahrgenommen. Das Stauraumvolumen indessen errechnet sich aus allen Volumina im Raum, welche durch die von der Wohnung zur Verfügung gestellten Schränke und Staufächer beansprucht bzw. ausgefüllt werden, somit nicht freier Raum sind, ausgenommen von allfälligen Stauraumvolumen im Nasszellenbereich. Das Stauraumvolumen wird als Bruttovolumen angegeben, d.h. ohne einen Volumenanteil für die beliebigen Regale, Trennwände, Schubladenwände, etc. innerhalb von Schrank- und Staufachräumen abzuziehen. Weil eine Nasszelle eine eigene Einheit bildet, wird der Nasszellenbereich weder für das Stauraumvolumen noch für das freibleibende Rauminnenvolumen berücksichtigt.
