Abstract

A container (1) comprises interdental brushes (300) comprising a brush (310) and a cylindrical shaft (320) for coupling to an interdental brush holder. TECHNICAL FIELD The invention relates to a container with interdental brushes, the interdental brush comprising a brush and a cylindrical shaft for coupling to an interdental brush holder, and the container comprising interdental brush holders in an interdental brush receiving area of a container base, with which the interdental brushes are detachably held on the shaft.

PRIOR ART Interdental brushes are used to clean interdental spaces. Typically, the interdental brushes are offered with an interdental brush holder on which the interdental brush can be held for use.

DE 19 812 602 A1 discloses a holder for accommodating dental units in the form of brushes which are stored in a can. The brush is removed from the can with the holder, the stem of the brush being clamped in a front or side opening of the holder by moving a pin in the arm of the holder and fixed for use. The dental units are stored in a can, which comprises a rotatable lid with a recess and a fixed base with compartments in which the dental units are stored.

The known from the prior art containers with interdental brushes have the disadvantage that they are either complex and expensive to manufacture or not ergonomic to use.

DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION The object of the invention is to create a container with interdental brushes belonging to the technical field mentioned at the outset, which can be produced inexpensively and at the same time allows the interdental brushes to be removed easily.

The solution to the problem is defined by the features of claim 1. According to the invention, the interdental brush receptacles are designed as clamping grooves, in which the shaft is held in a clamping manner, and from which the interdental brush can be removed at right angles to a longitudinal direction of the clamping groove.

The design of the interdental brush receptacle as a clamping groove creates a particularly easy-to-produce container from which the interdental brushes can be easily removed and reinserted.

The interdental brushes can be removed from the clamping groove at right angles to the longitudinal direction of the clamping groove, but optionally also in the longitudinal direction of the clamping groove from the clamping groove. In the latter case, the clamping groove and the interdental brush can be designed such that a pulling force on the shaft of the interdental brush and deforming the brush and / or the clamping groove enables the interdental brush to be passed through the clamping groove in the longitudinal direction of the clamping groove. This results in different removal options for the interdental brush for the user. Alternatively, the clamping groove and the interdental brush can also be designed such that it cannot be pulled out in the longitudinal direction of the clamping groove, for example by forming a flange between the brush and the shaft.

The clamping groove can for example be U-shaped or rectangular in cross section, that is to say in a section perpendicular to the longitudinal direction of the clamping groove. In variants, however, the clamping groove can also have any other shape in cross section which can cause clamping.

The clamping groove can be designed such that it can be spread against a spring force in a direction transverse to the longitudinal direction of the clamping groove. In this embodiment, the shaft is thus clamped in the clamping groove by means of the spring force and thus held. The clamping groove can hold the shaft exclusively by means of static friction or can additionally include a positive connection to secure the shaft. To improve the clamping effect, the

Furthermore, a flange can also be provided around the interdental brush area, which can serve on the one hand as a support and on the other hand as a contact surface for gluing or welding a cover.

The interdental brushes are preferably held in the clamping grooves in such a way that they can be returned to the clamping grooves after removal and in turn can be held in a clamping manner.

Alternatively, the interdental brush holder can also be designed such that a return of the interdental brushes into the clamping groove is not possible.

The container base as a whole is preferably produced by the deep-drawing process. The interdental brushes can then be clamped in the clamping grooves produced by the deep-drawing process in the interdental brush receiving area.

Alternatively, only the interdental brush holder area or only the interdental brush holder itself can be produced by deep drawing. The bottom of the container and the cover do not necessarily have to be produced by the same manufacturing process. For example, the bottom of the container can be foamed or made of cardboard and the cover can be made using a deep-drawing process. However, the cover can also be formed only as a thin cover film which is just glued or welded to an edge area of the floor.

In a method for removing an interdental brush from a container, using an interdental brush holder, the interdental brush holder is coupled to the interdental brush at a first angle to the interdental brush and then the interdental brush holder is connected to the interdental brush at a second angle, in particular for locking the interdental brush on Interdental brush holder, swiveled. A particularly solid locking between the interdental brush and the interdental brush holder can be achieved by the pivoting movement, in particular since a relatively large torque can be achieved at the coupling location with little effort.

The first angle is preferably 90 ° or 180 ° and the second angle is 180 ° or 90 °. Depending on the area of application and the type of interdental brush, the ergonomics can be optimized. The choice of the two angles depends on the type of locking and the required end position. It is therefore clear to the person skilled in the art that other angles can also be provided.

WAYS OF IMPLEMENTING THE INVENTION FIG. 1a shows a container bottom 100 of a container 1 in a side view. The container base 100 comprises an interdental brush holder 110 for an interdental brush 300.

The platform 111 essentially serves for the stability of the container base 100 and for increasing the base of the clamping groove, so that on the one hand the brush 310 does not lie on the plane and on the other hand sufficient space for gripping the Shaft 320 is made.

The cover 200 has a cross-sectional shape which essentially corresponds to the cross-sectional shape of the container bottom 100 with the interdental brushes 300. In particular, the cover 200 also has a support surface 220 as the outer circumferential edge, which in the closed state rests on the top of the support surface 120 and can therefore also be welded or glued, if necessary. A shoulder 221, which is perpendicular to the bearing surface 220 and runs around the inside, also adjoins the bearing surface 220. In the closed state, the inner surface of the shoulder 221 bears against the outer surface of the shoulder 121, so that the cover 200 is clamped onto the container bottom 100. The clamping effect can be selected in such a way that there is no need to glue or weld the support surface 120 to the support surface 220.

The above descriptions in connection with a longitudinal axis of the interdental brush holder each relate to the longitudinal axis of the angled region 412, to which the grooves of the double fork 430 and the locking groove 440 run at right angles.

In summary, it can be stated that, according to the invention, a container with interdental brushes is created which can be produced particularly cost-effectively and from which the interdental brushes can be removed easily and comfortably.
