Abstract
Beschrieben wird ein flammgeschützter Gegenstand, insbesondere für Bahnanwendungen, enthaltend oder bestehend aus (A) wenigstens einem extrudierten oder spritzgegossenen Formteil bestehend aus einer faserverstärkten, halogenfrei flammgeschützten Polyamidformmasse; wobei das Formteil in wenigstens einem Bereich seiner freiliegenden Oberfläche eine mineralhaltige Beschichtung (B) aufweist; und wobei der Gegenstand bei einer Wärmeeinstrahlung von 50 kW/m 2 und einer Probendicke von 3 mm einen MARHE-Wert nach DIN EN 45 545-2:2013 von höchstens 90 kW/m 2 aufweist, und wobei dessen optische Rauchdichte (Ds) nach 4 min sowie die kumulierte Rauchdichte VOF4 gemäss DIN EN 45 545-2:2013 und ISO 5659-2:50 kW/m 2 einen Wert von 300 bzw. 600 vorzugsweise nicht überschreiten. Ebenfalls beschrieben werden Verwendungen sowie Herstellungsverfahren.
