Zudem enthalten sie eines oder mehrere Pigmente. Die Zugabe der Pigmente lassen die Kosmetika in den entsprechenden verschiedenen Pigmentfarben im Tageslicht erscheinen. Die grünliche Farbe des lumineszierenden Strontiumaluminats ist nicht mehr dominant, womit diese Farben als schön empfunden werden. In der Dunkelheit erscheint der nachtleuchtende Effekt noch immer, unbeeinträchtigt von den Pigmenten. Damit ist ein spezieller Effekt möglich, nämlich ein glamouröses Auftreten am Tag sowie das Leuchten in der Dunkelheit oder Nacht, dies insbesondere für Partys. Die erfindungsgemässen Kosmetika können für Lippenstift, Eyeliner, Lidschatten, Rouge, Augenbrauenstifte, Wimperntusche, Nagellack, Nagel-Gel sowie Striplacke verwendet werden.
