Abstract

The shield has a cover plate (5) engageably formed at a circular flange-like border of an upper edge of a container without tools. Multiple pointed or bat dormer-like projections (11) are formed between the upper edge of the container and the cover plate. Large openings (13) are arranged below the projections. The openings cause aeration of a region between the container and a lower side of the cover plate. The projections radially project over a periphery of the container, and lie higher than the border of the upper edge of the container.

[0001] Gegenstand der Erfindung ist ein Regenschutz für eine Becherfalle gemäss Oberbegriff des Patentanspruchs 1. The invention relates to a rain cover for a cup trap according to the preamble of claim 1.

[0009] In Fig. 1 ist die Becherfalle 1 in ihrer Gesamtheit dargestellt. Sie umfasst einen Behälter 3, beispielsweise in der Gestalt eines Joghurtbehälters und eine Abdeckhaube, kurz Haube 5. Am Behälterrumpf ist oben ein umlaufender flanschartiger Rand 7 angeformt, auf dem ein Deckel in Gestalt einer Membran aufgesiegelt ist (Membran nicht dargestellt). Die unteren Kanten 13 der Vorsprünge überragen den Rand 7 des Behälters 3 radial und liegen über der Ebene des Randes 7, so dass zwischen dem Rand 7 des Behälters und der Unterkante der Vorsprünge eine verhältnismässig grosse Öffnung 13 entsteht, durch welche Luft in den Zwischenraum zwischen der Membran, wenn sie auf Rand 7 aufgesiegelt ist und dem Bereich 9 der Abdeckung einfliessen kann und durch eine Windströmung auch wieder aus dieser an einem der übrigen Vorsprünge 11 austreten kann. Zwischen den Vorsprüngen 11 liegen etwas steiler verlaufende geneigte Flächen 15, welche unten in ein Rastmittel 17 einfliessen. Als Rastmittel 17 fungiert ein aus einem Randabschnitt 19 nach innen geneigt angeordneter Wandabschnitt 21. Der Wandabschnitt 21 beziehungsweise dessen obere Kante untergreift beim axialen Aufschieben der Abdeckhaube 5 den Flansch 7 und ist von diesem nur schwer wieder zu lösen. Dies hat den Vorteil, dass der Behälter 3, in welchem ein flüssiger oder in einem anderen Zustand befindlicher Duftstoff enthalten ist, sicher an der Abdeckhaube 5 gehalten ist und so die Becherfalle 1 als Gesamtes an einem Haken 23 am Aufstellungsort, das heisst beispielsweise in einer Beerenplantage oder in einem Rebberg, aufgehängt werden kann. Der Haken 23 kann, wie in der Fig. 2 dargestellt, in der Mitte des flachen oder bombierten Bereichs 9 befestigt sein oder (keine Abbildung) direkt in der Abdeckhaube 5 beim Spritzgiessen angeformt sein. Der Haken 23, wie er in Fig. 2 montiert dargestellt ist, kann bei der Herstellung der Abdeckhaube 1 zum Beispiel unterhalb des Rastmittels 17 abbrechbar beim Spritzen angeformt werden. Ein seitlich angeformter Haken 23 ermöglicht es, eine Vielzahl von Abdeckhauben 5 raumsparend übereinander zu stapeln (vergl. Fig. 4 ). Um den Haken 21 ohne Mühe auf dem Bereich 9 befestigen zu können, ist im letzteren eine Schwachstelle 25 ausgebildet, die mit dem spitzigen Unterteil des Hakens 23, der als Dorn 27 ausgebildet ist, leicht durchbrechbar ist. Am oberen Ende des Dorns 27 angebrachte, nach aussen abstehende Widerhaken 29 dienen dazu, den Haken 23 nach dem Einstechen in den Bereich 9 sicher zu halten.
