Diese Traghilfe (1) ist handgriffartig geformt. Sie weist einen sich über deren Länge erstreckenden Hohlraum (6) mit offenen Enden auf. Der Hohlraum (6) ist von aussen über mindestens eine am Umfang der Traghilfe (1) angebracht Längsöffnung (5) zugänglich. Die Traghilfe (1) besteht aus mindestens zwei Teilkomponenten, nämlich aus einer Weichkomponente (8) und einer im Verhältnis zu dieser statisch stabileren Hartkomponente (7). Die Weichkomponente (8) erstreckt sich über einen grösseren Teil der Traghilfe (1) als die Hartkomponente (7).
