Das Sattelrohr kann zudem einen verschliessbaren Transportbehälter für Werkzeug bilden. Am Sattelrohr ist ein Sattelhalterohr befestigt, in welchem die Sattelstütze in üblicher Weise angeordnet ist. Zwischen Kettenstrebe und Tretlager kann weiterhin ein Elektromotor angeordnet sein, der nachrüstbar ist. Die Kraftübertragung auf das Tretlager erfolgt mittels Riementrieb. Der Ketten- und Riemenbereich kann durch eine wannenförmige Abdeckung verkleidet werden. In der DE-U-202008007475 ist ein Fahrrad mit einer verstellbaren Sattelstütze offenbart, wobei die Verstellung eine Verlagerung des Sattels relativ zur Sattelstütze entlang einer vorbestimmten Kurve ermöglichen soll.
