Abstract
Die Erfindung betrifft eine Einrichtung zur Kontrolle von diabetesrelevanten Daten, eingeschlossen die Erfassung und Verarbeitung solcher Daten und die Bereitstellung von Massnahmedaten, zur Anwendung im nicht-medizinischen Umfeld. Zwecks Anwendung im nicht-medizinischen Umfeld umfasst die Einrichtung Mittel zur Erfassung und Verarbeitung sowie Speicherung von persönlichen Angaben, Nährwerten und diagnostischen Angaben sowie Mittel zur drahtlosen Kommunikation.
Description
[0001] Die Erfindung betrifft eine Einrichtung zur Kontrolle von insbesondere diabetesrelevanten Daten, eingeschlossen die Erfassung und Verarbeitung solcher Daten und die Bereitstellung von Massnahmedaten, vorrangig zur Anwendung im nicht-medizinischen Umfeld.
[0002] Die Erfindung betrifft weiterhin ein Verfahren zur Kontrolle und Verarbeitung von insbesondere diabetesrelevanten Daten.
[0003] Übergewichtige oder an Diabetes erkrankte Personen werden zumeist nur punktuell und entsprechend ihrer Haupterkrankung beraten und ggf. medizinisch eingestellt. So erfolgen z. B. Ernährungsberatung/Ernährung, Gewichtsreduktion, Blutzuckermessungen u. a. losgelöst voneinander und die betreffende Person muss sich selbst um ein anwendbares Gesamtkonzept der Behandlung kümmern resp. Vorschläge für einzelne Massnahmen einholen. Dabei beruhen erforderliche Angaben wie Kalorienzufuhr, Kalorienbedarf, Insulingaben, Insulindosierung u. a. zumeist nur auf Schätz- oder erfahrungswerten des jeweiligen Patienten. In der Folge werden z. B. unnötige oder auch zu wenige Präparate eingenommen oder erfolglosen Diäten durchgeführt, die zum bekannten „Jo-Jo-Effekt“ und zu erhöhter Anfälligkeit für Übergewicht, Organüberlastung, Diabetes und/oder Herz-Kreislauf-Erkrankungen führen.
[0004] Der Erfindung liegt nun die Aufgabe zugrunde, eine Einrichtung zur Kontrolle von insbesondere diabetesrelevanten Daten zu entwickeln, die der betreffenden Person ohne wiederkehrende Arztkonsultation einen anwendbaren Gesamtvorschlag für einzelne Massnahmen zur Anwendung im nicht-medizinischen Umfeld bereitstellt, eingeschlossen die Erfassung und Verarbeitung solcher Daten. Die Aufgabe ist mit den Merkmalen des Patentanspruchs 1 gelöst. Durch eine Zusammenführung von Ernährungsberatung, Blutzuckermessung und ggf. weiterer Diagnoseaspekte in einem Kombinationsgerät wird nicht nur die Datenerfassung und Datenverarbeitung sicherer und nachverfolgbar, sondern es können auch objektivierte Massnahmen oder Dosierungen ohne ärztliche Konsultation vorgegeben werden. Anhand von individueller Werte, wie Grösse, Gewicht, Kalorienbedarf, Injektionsvorgaben des Arztes u. a. können anhand der Eingabe von bereits zugeführter Nahrung und/oder verabreichter Insulingaben Werte der noch zuführbaren Nahrung oder Insulingaben errechnet werden.
[0005] Vorteilhafte Ausgestaltungen sind in den abhängigen Patentansprüchen offenbart. So kann das Kombinationsgerät ein Smartphone sein, in dem Ernährungstabellen, die persönlichen Werte, Blutzuckermessungen, Injektionsvorschläge, Bewegungsvorschläge (Sport) u. a. gespeichert und abrufbar sind.
[0006] Eine weitere Aufgabe der Erfindung besteht in der Entwicklung eines Verfahrens zur Kontrolle und Verarbeitung von insbesondere diabetesrelevanten Daten. Diese Aufgabe ist mit den Merkmalen des Patentanspruchs 4 gelöst.
[0007] Durch die Erfassung und Kontrolle der vorgenannten Angaben kann auch berücksichtigt werden, ob der Anwender gesund ist und nur abnehmen will (Ernährungs- und Bewegungsorganizer), Diabetiker und/oder Herz-Kreislauf- oder Nierenpatient ist oder auch Kombinationen daraus.
[0008] Dabei wird zuerst gemessen und Daten werden verlässlich festgestellt, z. B. Blutzuckerwert) und danach der Menüplan der Mahlzeiten erstellt.
[0009] Anhand von Messergebnissen des Blutzuckers können Mengen und Komponenten der Nahrung zusammengestellt bzw. festgelegt werden. Dies kann bewirken, dass weniger Insulin zu verabreichen ist und dennoch eine Unterzuckerung vermieden wird.
Ernährungsdaten werden im Kombinationsgerät verwaltet und ergänzt (Informatik, Datenverarbeitung). Neue Nahrungsmittel und ihre Nährwerte können ergänzt und berücksichtigt werden.
[0010] Die Anwendung ist aktuell gehalten und unabhängig vom Standort abrufbar und mit einem Smartphone oder dergleichen sind auch Internetapplikationen möglich.
Unter Einbeziehung von aktuellen Blutzuckermesswerten können z. B. auch Reports über den Verlauf der Blutzuckerkonzentration o. a. Werte oder Indikationen für Therapien erstellt werden.
[0011] In Anwendung der Erfindung werden zunächst einzelne Daten zur Person, Nahrung, relevante Erkrankungen und einzelne Diätanforderungen erfasst und Zusammenhänge daraus ermittelt, die zu einer entsprechend im Kombinationsgerät abrufbaren Ernährungstabelle führen.
[0012] Diagnosen und vorgenommene Messungen zu einzelnen Erkrankungen u. a. werden erfasst und ggf. mit medizinischen Angaben (Labor, EKG usw.) ergänzt und daraus ein Massnahmekatalog ermittelt.
[0013] Aus dem Massnahmekatalog sind wiederum einzelne Massnahmen bzgl. Ernährung, Blutzuckerwerteinstellung, Insulingaben u. a. abrufbar.
[0014] Separate und ständige Ernährungsrechnungen können ebenso entfallen wie ständige Messungen von Blutzuckerwerten. Die betreffende Person muss lediglich, zumindest über einen grösseren Zeitraum hinweg, die abgerufenen Massnahmen einhalten, kann also z. B. auf Reisen auf Ernährungscomputer und Blutzuckermessgerät verzichten.
Der Erfolg dieser Massnahmen kann durch Labormesswerte überprüft werden und ggf. können Anpassungen der Vorgabewerte vorgenommen werden.
Claims (4)
1. Einrichtung zur Kontrolle von diabetesrelevanten Daten einer Person, im nicht- medizinischen Umfeld, umfassend Mittel zur Erfassung und Verarbeitung sowie Speicherung von persönlichen Angaben, Nährwerten und diagnostischen Angaben sowie Mittel zur drahtlosen Kommunikation, wobei die Einrichtung als Smartphone ausgebildet ist und das Smartphone eingerichtet ist, die aus den verarbeiteten Angaben resultierenden Massnahmen zur Kalorienzufuhr und/oder zum Kalorienbedarf und/oder zur Insulingaben und/oder zur Insulindosierung der Person darzustellen.
2. Einrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie weiterhin Mittel zur Erfassung und Verarbeitung von Blutzuckerwerten enthält.
3. Einrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie als Kombinationsgerät zum Zusammenführen von Werten zu einer Ernährungsberatung, einer Blutzuckermessung, und gegebenenfalls weiterer Diagnoseaspekte, ausgebildet ist.
4. Verfahren zur Kontrolle, Verarbeitung und Abrufen von diabetesrelevanten Daten einer Person mit einer Einrichtung zur Kontrolle von diabetesrelevanten Daten nach einem der vorgenannten Ansprüchen, gekennzeichnet durch die Verfahrensschritte
–Eingabe von personenbezogenen Angaben, insbesondere Grösse, Alter, Gewicht, spezifische Angaben zu Erkrankungen sowie relevanten Medizinalgaben, Eingabe von Ernährungsangaben, Nährwerten in die Einrichtung zur Kontrolle von diabetesrelevanten Daten,
–Verarbeitung der vorgenannten Angaben, sodass Zusammenhänge aus den vorgenannten Angaben errechnet werden und
–Abruf von resultierenden Massnahmen mit der Einrichtung, zur Kalorienzufuhr und/oder zum Kalorienbedarf und/oder zur Insulingaben und/oder zur Insulindosierung der Person aus den errechneten Zusammenhängen.
