Die Bewegung der Massagenoppe 41 in die erste Richtung ist durch einen ersten Anschlag begrenzt, während deren Bewegung in die zweite Richtung durch einen zweiten Anschlag begrenzt ist. Weiterhin ist ein Federmittel vorgesehen, welches sich von der Massagenoppe 41 bis zu einer Auflage 23 im Grundkörper 15 erstreckt.
