Abstract

The movement has a moon phase indicator i.e. moon phase ring (12) mobile provided with fifty-nine teeth. A driving mechanism formed of wheel (14) and finger (16) drives the mobile, and a jumper (18) is used for positioning the mobile. The driving mechanism and the jumper are arranged to ensure step driving of another mobile provided with thirty-one teeth if the latter mobile replaces the former mobile. A minute gear train (19) carries hour display members, and is placed at center of the movement, where the indicator is concentric to the gear train. An independent claim is also included for a method for producing timepiece movement.
