Abstract
Description
Technisches Gebiet:Technical area:
[0001] Sonnenschutzanlagen, Rafflamellenstoren, Markisen, Insektenrollos etc. Sun protection systems, Rafflamellenstoren, awnings, insect blinds, etc.
Stand der Technik:State of the art:
To better understand the meaning of the invention, a brief outline must be made in the operation and history of sun protection technology.
In order to operate sun protection devices, was worked in the early days with straps. This straps, was wound on a wheel, which was directly on the winding shaft of the sun protection system (for example: blinds) attached. Was pulled on the straps (thereby the straps unwound), this set the on-off winding shaft in motion and the shutter was lifted (wound), or when you let go of the straps (thereby the straps was wound), the shutter was lowered (unwound ). Disadvantage of this operation was that one worked with direct force 1: 1, which was unsustainable for large sunscreen systems for weaker people and is.
This operation has been replaced, with a bevel gear (available with appropriate ratios), which acts on the drive shaft of the sun protection systems. In order to operate these transmissions, cranks made of coated steel tube are used. In order to immobilize the crank in the rest position (parking position), a holder (see Fig. 4) is used, which by means of a spring (made of metal or plastic), which partially encloses the tube, and in which then the tube is pressed , the crank is immobilized (parked). Disadvantage of this mode of operation is that you have to push the crank tube targeted. Also, over time, the coating in the area of the spring will be damaged.
In the invention of the magnetic catch for doors and windows, this technique has also been used for the winches for sunshades. It is similar to the magnetic catch for doors, these magnets in a matching housing (see Fig. 3) installed so that you can hold the connecting rod (made of coated steel tube) so in the rest position. Disadvantage of this method is that you have to bring the crank pretty much in the magnet position (see: Fig. 1 / a; Fig. 2 / a) to bring the crank in the park position. Another major drawback is that sooner or later steel cranksets and crank pipes will begin to rust in a damp environment, which is very ugly and, in many cases, pollutes the building with rust water.
Now, the manufacturer of hand crank systems (HECO AG) went a step further, and developed hand cranks, which are made entirely of aluminum, stainless steel and plastic. Of course there is no magnet left. And this is where the invention comes in to solve the problem. The advantage of aluminum cranks is obvious. Due to their low weight, the winches do not hit the walls, windows and window frames so violently when they are released unnoticed from the working position (see: Fig. 1 / a; Fig. 2 / a). In a damp environment never rust and rust water, which would pollute the building. Transport costs can be saved because of the much lower weight. With the aluminum crank (hand crank), came again the holder with spring (see: Fig. 4) to honor and will be reinstated, with the disadvantages described above.
The inventor starts at this point with the present invention to re-use the magnetic catch.
Ausführung der Erfindung:Embodiment of the invention:
The present invention is based on the fact that magnetic fields are also effective through non-magnetic material. Under magnetizable material in the context of the invention, soft iron is preferably understood galvanized, but it can also polymagnetic material or magnets can be used.
Is preferably on the aluminum turned part (see: Fig. 5 / a) or in the aluminum body of the handle center piece (see: Fig. 6 / b), or in one of the crank handles (see: Fig. 6 / c, Fig. 6 / a ), but preferably in the middle in the upper handle (see: Fig. 5 / d; Fig. 6 / c), a magnetizable material (see: Fig. 5 / d, for example, galvanized soft iron) attached, and is the Magnetic catch (see: Fig. 10) optimally designed, so the advantages of the magnetic latch can be combined with the advantages of the aluminum hand crank. The preferably attachment of the magnetizable material in the middle of the handles, mainly for aesthetic reasons, but it can also be varied up and down. It is also possible to attach the magnetizable material to the inside of the grip sleeve (see: Fig. 5 / b), but has significant disadvantages with respect to the manufacture of the bearing. Therefore, the magnetizable material is preferably attached to the rotating part (see: Fig. 5 / d). Main advantages of the installation of the magnetizable material preferably in the middle (see: Fig. 5 / d) of the upper crank handle are the following: If properly installed, ie the hand crank rod at the top pivot point (on the angle gear on the soffit) is in front of the detent point of the magnetic latch (see: Fig. 7 / c), the hand crank will find the parking position itself if this (the hand crank, see : Fig. 6) is released. In order to accomplish this perfectly, the grip sleeve (see: Fig. 5 / b) must be mounted smoothly. Due to the positioning of the magnetic catch, preferably in the area of the plastic sleeve (see: FIG. 5), no signs of wear will be visible even for years of use. When mounting the magnetic material in the center of the grip sleeve, the aesthetic aspects are given special consideration, as the magnetic catch is placed in the middle.
