Abstract

The system has a screw permitting to fix the system on electric bicycles. The screw is fixed on an axle (1) permitting to rotate the system at 180 degrees, where liberation of the axle is obtained when a user of the bicycles is identified using a radiofrequency identification card placed on a terminal in order to verify validity of the user. A blocking pin locks the system on the electric bicycles. The axle is maintained in a manner to resist traction force exerting on the bicycles. A chopper (3) is placed on a slope of the axle.
