[0001] Die Erfindung betrifft eine Ablagevorrichtung mit einer Trageinrichtung und Ablageflächen und/oder Warenkörben nach dem Oberbegriff des Patentanspruchs 1.
STAND DER TECHNIK
[0002] Solche Ablagevorrichtungen sind allgemein beispielsweise als Gestellen mit Ablageflächen oder Ablagekörben aus WO-A-2004/019 735 bekannt. Dort sind vertikale Stangen mit Querträgern und winkelförmigen Stützen zusammengefügt, welche auf regelmässigen Abstand zueinander Bohrungen aufweisen, um Warenkörbe mittels Befestigungsplatten und Schrauben und Muttern auf verschiedener Höhe zu befestigen. Diese Ablagevorrichtung hat den Nachteil, dass mindestens drei Stangen in einem Dreieck bezüglich des Bodens zueinander angeordnet sein müssen, und die Warenkörbe in einer zwar vorgewählten, aber dann festen Anordnung an den Stangen angebracht sind. Eine einfache Verstellung der Warenkörbe ist nicht möglich.
AUFGABE DER ERFINDUNG
[0003] Der vorliegenden Erfindung liegt nun die Aufgabe zugrunde, eine Ablagevorrichtung mit einer Trageinrichtung und Ablageflächen und/oder Warenkörben anzugeben, die eine einfache und leicht lösbare Befestigung ermöglicht und eine grosse Variabilität, was die Anordnung von den Ablageflächen und/oder Warenkörben auch in seitlicher Hinsicht, erlaubt.
GEGENSTAND DER ERFINDUNG
[0004] Diese Aufgabe wird durch eine Ablagevorrichtung mit den Merkmalen des Patentanspruchs 1 gelöst.
[0005] Die erfindungsgemässe Ablagevorrichtung hat den grossen Vorteil, dass sie an der Wand aufgehängt oder auch freistehend sein kann. Die Ablageflächen oder Warenkörben sind mittels der Haken sehr stabil befestigt, können jedoch sehr leicht entfernt und an einem anderen Ort an der Trägerwand platziert werden.
BESCHREIBUNG EINES AUSFÜHRUNGSBEISPIELES DER ERFINDUNG
[0006] Weitere Vorteile der Erfindung ergeben sich aus den abhängigen Patentansprüchen und aus der nachfolgenden Beschreibung, in welcher die Erfindung anhand eines in den schematischen Zeichnungen dargestellten Ausführungsbeispieles näher erläutert wird. Es zeigt:

[0007] In den Fig. 1 und 2 ist eine Ablagevorrichtung 1 mit einer Trägerwand 2 und einer Ablagefläche 3 gezeigt. Die Trägerwand 2 weist ein regelmässiges Muster von Vierkanten Öffnungen 4 auf, in welche Haken 5 der Ablagefläche 3 hineingesteckt sind, um die Ablagefläche 3 an der Trägerwand 2 aufzuhängen. Die als Trägerplatte ausgebildete Trägerwand 2 weist einen umlaufenden nach hinten gebördelten Rahmen 6 auf, so dass die Trägerwand 2 an einer Innenwand eines Raumes mittels Schrauben oder Haken ihrerseits aufgehängt werden kann. Die Ablagefläche 3 weist eine Stützplatte 7, eine rechtwinklig daran angeformte Fussplatte 8 und eine daran mit einem stumpfen Winkel angebrachte Rückhalteplatte 9 auf. Die hier gezeigte Ablagefläche 3 dient beispielsweise für die Aufbewahrung von Zeitungen und Zeitschriften.
Um eine stabile Befestigung der Ablagefläche 2 an der Trägerwand 3 zu erhalten, ist die Stützplatte 7 breiter als der Lochdurchmesser der Öffnung 4 und erstreckt sich mit Vorteil über mehr als zwei Öffnungen 4, wie in Fig. 2deutlich ersichtlich. Ferner weisen die Haken 5 ein L-Profil auf, das mit einem spitzen Winkel zur Stützplatte 7 angewinkelt ist, bevorzugt in einem Winkel zwischen 50 und 20[deg.], vorzugsweise etwa 32[deg.]. Damit wird eine stabile Aufhängung der Ablagefläche 3 erreicht.
[0008] Die Ablagefläche 3 kann nun verschiedene Formen annehmen, beispielsweise auch als Warenkorb mit einem Gitter oder aus einem Blech mit einer Lochmusterung ausgebildet sein. Die Ablagefläche 3 kann jedoch auch nach unten angewinkelt und aus einem Blech mit einer Lochmusterung ausgebildet sein, um als Ablagefläche für Prospekte oder Schuhe zu dienen. Die vorgenannte Lochmusterung wird durch die Lochgrösse, den Abstand zwischen den Löchern und den Randabstand bestimmt, und kann je nach Anwendung verschieden hergestellt werden.
[0009] Die Trägerwand 2 kann auch eine Fussplatte aufweisen, welche rechtwinklig dazu angeordnet ist. Sie kann aber auch mit einem halb-z-förmigen Winkelstück an ihrem unteren Ende als Standfläche ausgebildet sein, um auf einen Tisch oder einem Möbel aufzustellen.
[0010] Es können auch zwei parallele Trägerplatten 2 vorgesehen sein, welche über einen umlaufenden Rahmen miteinander verbunden sind und eine gemeinsame Fussplatte aufweisen, um so die Ablagevorrichtung auf den Boden abzustellen.

The present invention is an object of the invention to provide a storage device with a support device and shelves and / or shopping carts, which allows a simple and easily detachable attachment and a large variability, what the arrangement of the shelves and / or shopping carts in lateral view, allowed.
SCOPE OF THE INVENTION
This object is achieved by a storage device having the features of patent claim 1.
The inventive storage device has the great advantage that it can be hung on the wall or free-standing. The shelves or carts are fixed very stably by means of the hooks, but can be removed very easily and placed at another location on the support wall.
DESCRIPTION OF AN EMBODIMENT OF THE INVENTION

In Figs. 1 and 2, a storage device 1 with a support wall 2 and a storage surface 3 is shown. The support wall 2 has a regular pattern of square edge openings 4, into which hooks 5 of the support surface 3 are inserted in order to suspend the support surface 3 on the support wall 2. Trained as a support plate support wall 2 has a circumferential frame crimped to the rear 6, so that the support wall 2 can be hung on an inner wall of a room by means of screws or hooks in turn. The support surface 3 has a support plate 7, a foot plate 8 formed at right angles thereto and a retaining plate 9 attached thereto at an obtuse angle. The storage space 3 shown here is used for example for the storage of newspapers and magazines.
In order to obtain a stable attachment of the support surface 2 to the support wall 3, the support plate 7 is wider than the hole diameter of the opening 4 and extends with advantage over more than two openings 4, as clearly shown in Fig. 2. Furthermore, the hooks 5 have an L-profile, which is angled at an acute angle to the support plate 7, preferably at an angle between 50 and 20 °, preferably about 32 °. For a stable suspension of the shelf 3 is achieved.
The storage surface 3 can now take various forms, for example, be designed as a basket with a grid or a sheet with a hole pattern. However, the storage surface 3 can also be angled downwards and formed from a metal sheet with a hole pattern to serve as a storage area for brochures or shoes. The aforementioned hole pattern is determined by the hole size, the distance between the holes and the edge distance, and can be made variously depending on the application.
The support wall 2 may also have a foot plate, which is arranged at right angles thereto. But it can also be formed with a half-z-shaped angle piece at its lower end as a stand area to set up a table or furniture.
It can also be provided two parallel support plates 2, which are interconnected via a peripheral frame and have a common foot plate so as to park the storage device on the floor.
