  [0001]    Die Erfindung betrifft eine Zahnbürste zur Verbesserung und Vereinfachung der Zahnreinigung.

  

[0002]    Zahnbürsten zur Reinigung einer Zahnreihe mit einem Bürstenkopf, der in eine Richtung gerichtete Borsten enthält, sind bekannt.

  

[0003]    Bekannt sind aber auch doppelte Zahnbürsten gemäss DE-A-19 619 206 u.a., die mit zwei sich gegenüberliegenden Bürstenköpfen, die jeweils an einem Griffelement angeordnet sind versehen sind. Die Bürstenköpfe sind aufeinander zu beweglich angeordnet um eine Zahnpartie gleichzeitig an der Vorder- und Hinterseite reinigen zu können. Vorgeschlagen wurden auch parallel nebeneinander angeordnete Bürstenköpfe (US-A-2003 0 014 826) oder winkelverstellbare Doppelköpfe mit einem Drehgelenk (US-A-4 796 325).

  

[0004]    Bekannt ist weiterhin eine Zahnbürste mit einem Bürstenkopf, der eine Zahnreinigung einer Zahnpartie auf drei Seiten gleichzeitig ermöglicht (US-A-5 072 481).

  

[0005]    Der Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zugrunde, eine Zahnbürste zu entwickeln, die im Vergleich zum Stand der Technik besser handhabbar ist und den Pflegebereich erweitert. Die Aufgabe ist mit den Merkmalen des Patentanspruchs 1 gelöst. Erfindungsgemäss ist der Bürstenkopf als Doppelkopf ausgebildet, der eine gleichzeitige Pflege der sich gegenüberstehenden oberen und unteren Zahnpartien ermöglicht.

  

[0006]    Vorteilhafte Ausgestaltungen sind in den Unteransprüchen offenbart. So kann am Griff der Zahnbürste eine Lampe zur besseren Ausleuchtung des zu pflegenden Bereiches angeordnet sein. Bevorzugt ist jeder der zwei Bürstenköpfe des Doppelkopfes so ausgebildet, dass Borstenreihen zur Pflege der Krone und der vorderen und hinteren Wand mindestens eines Zahnes vorgesehen sind. Weiterhin kann der Griff schwenkbar am Doppelkopf angeordnet sein um seinen Richtungswechsel der Reinigungsbewegung ohne Herausnahme der Zahnbürste zu ermöglichen.

  

[0007]    Die Erfindung wird nachfolgend in einem Ausführungsbeispiel anhand einer Zeichnung näher beschrieben. In der Zeichnung zeigt die einige Figur eine erfindungsgemässe Zahnbürste in Seitenansicht.

  

[0008]    Eine Zahnbürste 1 umfasst einen Griff 2, der an einem Kopfteil in Form eines Doppelkopfes 3 gelenkig angeordnet ist. Jeder Bürstenkopf des Doppelkopfes 3 ist U-förmig ausgebildet und weist an den Innenseiten des U ein dreiteiliges Borstenfeld 4 auf. An den inneren Seitenwänden 5, 5 des U sind Borsten 6, 6 angeordnet und am Boden sind Borsten 7 vorgesehen, für ein Bürstenfeld 2. Im Griff 2 kann nahe des Gelenkes 9 noch eine batteriebetriebene Lampe vorgesehen sein um die zu pflegenden Zahnpartien auszuleuchten.

The invention has for its object to develop a toothbrush that is easier to handle compared to the prior art and extends the care sector. The object is solved with the features of claim 1. According to the invention the brush head is designed as a double head, which allows simultaneous care of the opposing upper and lower tooth portions.

  

Advantageous embodiments are disclosed in the subclaims. Thus, a lamp for better illumination of the area to be cared for can be arranged on the handle of the toothbrush. Preferably, each of the two brush heads of the double head is formed so that rows of bristles for the care of the crown and the front and rear walls of at least one tooth are provided. Furthermore, the handle can be pivotally mounted on the double head to allow its change of direction of the cleaning movement without removing the toothbrush.

  

The invention will be described below in an embodiment with reference to a drawing. In the drawing, the figure shows a toothbrush according to the invention in side view.

  

A toothbrush 1 comprises a handle 2, which is articulated to a head part in the form of a double head 3. Each brush head of the double head 3 is U-shaped and has a three-part bristle field 4 on the insides of the U. On the inner side walls 5, 5 of the U bristles 6, 6 are arranged and at the bottom bristles 7 are provided for a brush panel 2. In the handle 2 may be provided near the joint 9 nor a battery-powered lamp to illuminate the parts to be cared for.

Claims

1. Toothbrush with a handle and a brush head, which is provided with means for the simultaneous care of several areas of at least one tooth, characterized in that the brush head is designed as a double head (3) whose bristle fields (4) are aligned so that simultaneously opposite parts of the teeth of the upper and lower rows of teeth are detected.

2. Toothbrush according to claim 1, characterized in that each brush head of the double head (3) is U-shaped, on whose insides bristles (6, 6 '7) are arranged.

3. Toothbrush according to claim 1, characterized in that the handle (2) by means of a joint (9) on the double head (3) is arranged.
