Fig. 21zeigt das Vollholzelemente 1B gemäss Fig. 18 in dreidimensionaler Darstellung.

The invention relates to a plate-shaped, solid or detachably connectable solid wood element according to the preamble of claim 1 and a cover consisting of at least a first and a second solid wood element according to the preamble of claim. 7
According to [1], wood technology, expertise for Schreiner, 13th edition, Europe teaching aids, Wuppertal 1987, page 339, wide surfaces are generally made of plywood or chipboard. Furthermore, according to [1], wide surfaces may also be made of solid wood for design or technical reasons. These can be achieved by glued and glued board connections.
For ecological reasons, preferably non-bonded width connections are selected. Often the sprung joint is used (see [1], page 340), in which both longitudinal edges of a board are grooved and each provided with a separately prepared spring, which serves to connect to the grooved longitudinal edge of another board. To avoid the separate production of a spring, a gaped joint is also used (see [1], page 340), in which the spring is milled on one edge of a board and the groove is milled on the other edge.
A disadvantage of the use of the grooved joint is that frictional connections between tongue and groove result, the correspondingly processed boards with high force connected to each other and must be separated again from each other, provided that tongue and groove are sized correctly. If, however, a wider groove or a thinner spring is used, resulting in only a loose connection between the boards, which must then be glued. Furthermore, in sprung and grouted joints, there are usually no high-precision joints, as required in the manufacture of furniture. Typically, annoying joints and gaps remain.
From [2], GB 2 256 023 A, a connection between two plate-shaped solid wood elements is known, which are connected to each other with a gaped joint, wherein on one side of the groove a channel extending parallel thereto is inserted, the recording of an the spring provided and provided parallel to the rib is provided. By planar mutual displacement of the boards to be joined, the spring is inserted into the groove and the rib in the channel, whereby the boards connected and can no longer be separated without greater force. From [2], Fig. 5 and 6 it can be seen that the rib is held within the channel not play-free, but displaceable, so that a loose, but not detachable connection results between the boards.
On both fronts result between the interconnected boards columns whose diameter can change accordingly by displacement of the rib in the channel. This connection is therefore not suitable for wood installations, such as furniture and floor, in residential and business areas, but rather for wood installations in recreational facilities.
Covers with panels or plate-shaped elements are often used for the floor in residential and commercial areas, which are connected to each other with sprung or rounded joints or by means of further coupling elements.
From [3], WO 97/47 834 bottom plates are known which have a non-solid wood core, which consists for example of a synthetic material (see [3], page 17). The bottom plates are like the solid wood boards of [2] connected to each other with a gaped joint, wherein on one side of the groove a parallel thereto channel is inserted, which is provided to receive a provided on the spring and parallel thereto rib. The spring is approximately in the middle of the core diameter and extends over about a third of the same. The groove side provided with the channel is in each case displaced elastically downwards during the introduction of the spring into the groove, until the rib has entered the channel.
This solution is not suitable for the connection of solid wood from the perspective of the skilled person, since with solid wood, the displaced groove side could break away. Furthermore, only a minimal restoring force results from the elastic groove side. In addition, this type of connection secures the ground plates stabilized by the ground only against planar drift apart.
The present invention is therefore an object of the invention to provide an improved plate-shaped solid wood element, which is fixed or detachable, but always without play with other such plate-shaped solid wood elements connectable. Furthermore, a cover is to be provided consisting of at least a first and a second improved solid wood element.
These objects are achieved with a plate-shaped solid wood element having the features specified in claim 1, as well as a cover having the features specified in claim 7. Advantageous embodiments of the invention are specified in further claims.
The plate-shaped, solid or detachably connectable solid wood element has, on a side piece with a groove provided first profile part and on the opposite side piece with a spring provided second profile part, which along the associated first and second side piece extending profile profiles of two profiled parts have a profile cross-section which extends from a first cross-section bounding a first edge at the top to a second cross-section defining a second second edge on the underside of the solid wood element, and which profile parts each have a first or second profile element, the fixing of serve two interconnected first and second profile parts.
According to the invention, the groove and the spring are arranged within the first cross-sectional half of the profile profiles and rotatable by rotation of two solid wood elements to be joined together around the first edge in mutual engagement, wherein an engagement surface of the first profile element is feasible against an engagement surface of the second profile element, which profile elements are designed such that they form a frictional and / or positive connection after the connection of the two profile parts.
The arrangement of the groove and the spring within the first cross-sectional half of the profile profiles has the advantage that relatively large, mutually corresponding planar, rounded or provided with locking elements engagement surfaces can be realized, which are stably connected to each other. The example, groove-shaped first profile element and the example, rib-shaped second profile element can therefore be arranged in the middle or the second cross-sectional half of the profile profiles or protrude far into this
Furthermore, provided with these engagement surfaces elastic profile pieces can be realized, which can be displaced, so that at least one provided on one of the engagement surfaces locking member, e.g. a longitudinal rib, passed over the other engagement surface and then into a recess provided there, e.g. a channel can be sunk. It is possible to use two or more smaller locking elements, which cause a small displacement of the recessed engagement surface and still cause a stable connection after penetration into the channels.
The two profile parts are designed such that, after their connection, the first edges on the top and the second edges on the underside of the solid wood element and preferably the adjoining end faces abut each other, so that a virtually seamless connection results.
Further, the two profile parts are preferably designed such that the first and second edges remain inelastically aligned even under the force resulting from the connection of solid wood elements force. This ensures that the edges are rigid and the connection has the required stability, at least in one direction, even under high force.
To achieve high precision, the two profile parts, preferably also the top and bottom, are manufactured in one operation. It can not be edited separately in engagement with the mating profile profile zones; for example, to flexibilize certain zones within the profile parts.
In preferred embodiments, in particular if only one frictional connection between the first and second profile parts is provided, two interconnected by means of profile parts solid wood elements are additionally connected to each other by means of a blocking element, which in particular prevents the connection between the two profile parts again solve and the interconnected solid wood elements remain correctly aligned.
The blocking element may be a flattened and dried round wood or a click bar with elastic elements that can be inserted and locked in a recessed in the top or bottom and in the first or second profile part of both solid wood elements recess.
The blocking element may also be a strip which is insertable into a recessed on the side of the solid wood element and in the first or second profile part recess.
Furthermore, a burr wood can be provided, which is preferably held axially displaceable by means of screws and thus permits expansions of the interconnected solid wood elements.
In a further preferred embodiment, a connectable with a planar building part blocking element is slidably held in a recessed in the bottom and in the first profile part recess which projects against the second profile part such that therein an adjacent and already connected to the planar building part blocking element can be recorded unhindered.
The invention will be explained in more detail with reference to drawings. This shows in section:

Fig. 1 shows a plate-shaped solid wood element 1B, which is connectable on both sides each with another solid wood element 1A and 1C. Each solid wood element 1 has on a side piece a first profile part 11 provided with a groove 111 and on the opposite side piece a second profile part 12 provided with a spring 121, whose profile profiles P11; P12, which are additionally shown separately, each of a first edge 110; 120 at the top 1 to a second edge 110; 120 extend on the underside 1 of the solid wood element 1, and each having a first and second profile element 112; 122, the fixing of two interconnected first and second profile parts 11; 12 serve.
The two profile elements are formed as a groove and comb, which have mutually corresponding engagement surfaces 1121 and 1221.
The groove 111 and the spring 121 are within the first half of the profile curves P11; P12 arranged and, as shown in Figures 3 and 4, by rotation of the solid wood elements 1 to be joined together. 1A, 1B are rotatable about the nearer first edge 110, 120, respectively, in mutual engagement with the engagement surface 1121 of the first profile element 112 being guided against the engagement surface 1221 of the second profile element 122, which are configured to engage after joining the two profile parts 11; 12 form a frictional, backlash-free connection.
Fig. 2 shows the solid wood element 1B of Fig. 1, which is connected by means of the first and the second profile part 11, 12 each with a further solid wood element 1A and 1C. It can be seen that the edges 110, 120 and 110, 120 and the adjoining thereon profile surfaces 113, 123 and 114, 124 abut each other without joints, so that on both sides an uninterrupted wall surface is formed.
In the profile parts 11, 12 elements 1141, 1211 are excluded, so that the intertwining of the profile parts 11, 12 can be performed without resistance. A resistance results only through the engagement surfaces 1121, 1221, the non-positively, in other embodiments, positively connect with each other (see Fig. 4).
Fig. 5 shows two profile parts 11, 12 with preferably designed profile curves P11, P12 through which not only a force, but also a positive connection is achieved. The rib-shaped profile element 122, which has a rounded engagement surface 1221, is guided over an edge 11211 provided on the engagement surface 1121 of the groove-shaped first profile element 112. After penetration of the second profile element 122 into the first profile element 121, the engagement surfaces 1121, 1221 are pressed against each other, wherein the edge 11211 prevents the second profile element 122 again emerge from the first profile element 121 and can only be released by strong force.
In Fig. 5a it is shown that such a positive, practically no longer detachable connection can also be achieved by a corresponding configuration of the engagement surfaces 1121, 1221 by these with rib-shaped locking elements 12215 and corresponding recesses 11215 are provided. By choosing a plurality of locking elements 12215 they can be configured in relatively small dimensions, which allow the engagement surfaces 1121, 1221 with little elastic deformation of the profile elements 112, 122 to move over one another and achieve a barely detachable connection. If the one or more locking elements 12215 are hook-shaped, a non-detachable connection results.
From the interconnected profile parts 11, 12 it can be seen that not all profile segments abut each other and are used for the connection. These profile segments can therefore be processed separately to achieve certain properties, in particular a desired flexibility of profile pieces.
Fig. 7 shows in a further preferred embodiment, a first and a second profile part 11, 12 in front of the mutual positive, barely detachable connection, in which a clicking of profile parts 122, 1120 takes place.
Fig. 8 shows the first and the second profile part 11, 12 of Fig. 7 after the mutual connection.
In order to allow easy mutual clicking of the profile elements 122, 1120, they were provided with recesses 1141, 1241. The profile elements 122, 1120 can therefore swing to the necessary extent and are pivoted back to the original position after clicking, where they press elastically against each other and ensure the freedom from play of the connection achieved. The size and configuration of the recesses 1141, 1241 is relatively uncritical, which is why they can be individually adapted to the solid wood material in a further operation in the profile parts 11, 12 incorporated.
The profile parts 11, 12 with the profile curves P11; P12 can therefore be produced for all types of solid wood in one operation and with only one machine. The recesses 1141, 1241, which fit the profile parts 11, 12 can be made in a later operation with a low-cost auxiliary machine. As a result, with only one cost-intensive machine, all profile profiles P11; Realize P12 precisely for all types of solid wood. From Fig. 8 is further seen that sufficient space for the realization of the elastic elements 122, 1120 is created by displacement of spring 121 and groove 111 in the upper profile half.
In FIGS. 9 and 10, profile parts 11, 12 are shown in which only one profile piece 1120 has been made elastic by means of incorporation of a recess 1141.
Fig. 11 shows the solid wood element 1 of Fig. 1 in a spatial representation with a view of the top 1.
Fig. 12 shows the solid wood element 1 of Fig. 1 in a three-dimensional view overlooking the bottom. 1
Fig. 13 shows two solid wood elements 1, which are connected to each other by means of the profile parts 11, 12 and by means of individually insertable blocking elements 8A, ..., 8D, either in recesses 18A, 18B, 18C in the solid wood elements 1 or these are connected by screws 9.
Advantageously usable are round wood elements 8A, which are flattened on one side and, as shown in Fig. 13age, are inserted transversely into the correspondingly configured recesses 18A in the solid wood elements 1 and rotated therein. If dried roundwood elements 8A are used, these can be easily used due to the reduced volume. Subsequently, the round timber elements 8A absorb moisture and thereby increase their volume and jam within the recesses 18A, which are provided on the top or bottom 1, 1 of the solid wood element 1.
Further, click elements 18B are advantageously used, which are used in T-profile-shaped recesses 18B and dig into it with hooks, which are provided on elastic wing elements.
It is also possible to use a simple strip 8C, which is inserted into a retaining groove 18C, which is embedded laterally in the solid wood elements 1.
Furthermore, a ridge strip 8D can be screwed to the solid wood elements 1. Recesses 81 or 82 are preferably provided in the ridge strip 8D (see FIG. 14), which permits a slight lateral tilting of the inserted screws 9 by which material expansions in the solid wood elements are absorbed.
Furthermore, a ridge strip 8E can be advantageously used with a T-shaped recess 83 which serves to receive the heads of the screws 9 screwed into the solid wood element 1 (see FIG. 15).
Fig. 16 shows a solid wood element 1 with an axially displaceable held therein, T-shaped blocking element 8F, which is connectable by means of a nail or a screw 91 with a building surface 5.
Fig. 17 shows the solid wood element 1 of Fig. 16 with a recessed into the bottom 1 of the solid wood element 1 recess 18F, which has on one side a holding the blocking element 8F serving T-profile on the other side in a Full profile protrudes, which serves to receive an adjacent blocking element 8F.
As shown in Fig. 16, the solid wood element 1 is placed on the building surface 5, after which the inserted blocking element 8F is connected thereto by means of nail or screw 91. The solid wood element 1 is thereby pulled against the building surface 5, but can still stretch. Now, the first profile part 11 of the already installed solid wood element 1 were connected to the second profile part 12 of another solid wood element 1, wherein the already connected to the building surface 5 blocking element 8F is received by the one side of the recess 18F, in whose T-shaped profile Part is held another blocking element 8F.
FIG. 18 shows another solid wood element 1B according to the invention, which has a first profiled part 11 provided with a groove 111 on one side piece and a second profiled part 12 provided with a spring 121 on the opposite side piece. FIG. 19 shows two intertwined solid wood elements 1B and 1C according to FIG. 18 with an opening 1122 remaining between the profile parts 11 and 12, which, after connecting the first and second profile element 112; 122 remains. Between the two profile elements 112; 122 results after joining the two solid wood elements 1B and 1C in a first step yet no positive or positive connection.
The non-positive and / or positive connection results only after a second step, in which the locking element 7 shown in FIG. 20, preferably a dried locking wood, has been inserted into the opening 1122. FIG. 21 shows the solid wood elements 1B according to FIG. 18 in a three-dimensional representation.
Fig. 22 shows a further solid wood element according to the invention 1B, which has on a side piece a first provided with a groove 111 profile part 11 and the opposite side piece a second provided with a spring 121 profile part 12, which is identical to the first profile part 11 and therefore can be manufactured with the same machine.
Fig. 23 shows two intertwined solid wood elements 1B and 1C according to Fig. 22 with double spring / groove connection and a remaining between the profile parts 11 and 12 opening 1122, in which, as described above, a locking element 7, preferably a dried Arresting wood, is inserted.
Due to the double spring / groove connection results in an increased strength of the compound, which, as in the solid wood elements 1B, 1C of Fig. 20, after insertion of the locking element 7 is no longer solvable.
FIG. 25 shows the solid wood element 1B according to FIG. 22 in a three-dimensional representation.
