Abstract

The counterframe comprises two cut and profiled metal elements (1, 2) equipped with built-in hooks (3) with a non-return device for connecting the elements. The side parts of the counterframe have a metal mesh for facilitating the introduction of foam or plaster for fastening to the wall. Spacers (5) are positioned inside the counterframe and fixed to the hooks for squaring the sides. The counterframe also has two feet for adjusting the height.

  [0001]    Il presente brevetto riguarda il campo tecnico dei controtelai per porte, e descrive un controtelaio regolabile per porte comprendente due elementi tranciati e profilati di natura metallica come descritto nella rivendicazione 1.

  

[0002]    Allo stato attuale della tecnica sono conosciuti gli infissi per consentire di applicare agli edifici i rispettivi serramenti, quali ad esempio porte e finestre. In particolare sono noti i controtelai da integrare nelle strutture murarie, i quali costituiscono un mezzo di ancoraggio per il telaio del serramento. I controtelai conosciuti non sono regolabili in altezza e larghezza e quindi non sono adattabili a piacemento.

  

[0003]    La trave della presente invenzione intende ovviare a questo svantaggio. Ulteriori scopi della presente invenzione sono la facilitazione e velocizzazione del montaggio in opera dello stesso, il risparmio di parte dei costi relativi all'imagazzinamento e al trasporto, detti scopi vengono raggiunti grazie alle caratteristiche strutturali, minor perso e minor ingombro, che sono descritte nel presente brevetto.

  

[0004]    Verrà ora eseguita una descrizione più dettagliata di una realizzazione preferita e di due ulteriori varianti d'esecuzione dell'invenzione, nel corso della quale si farà riferimento ai disegni allegati:

[0005]    Nella forma della realizzazione preferita il controtelaio comprende due elementi tranciati e profilati di natura metallica 1 e 2, in particolare montanti tranciati in una misura prestabilita per essere piegati così da formare metà traversa, il primo elemento 1 ha uno spesso leggermente diverso dall'altro, in modo tale che la traversa si possa infilare una nell'altra e si possa regolare in larghezza tramite degli appositi ganci 3 prestampati, in particolare a baionetta. Inoltre il controtelaio è equipaggiato da due distanziali 5 per la messa in squadra dello stesso e due piedini 6 per la regolazione dell'altezza.

  

[0006]    In una seconda forma di esecuzione il controtelaio si compone di due elementi tranciati e profilati 1 e 2, in particolare un montante con una determinata lunghezza, ed un secondo montante più lungo e predisposto per essere piegato ad una determinata lunghezza per formare una traversa, inoltre viene quipaggiato da un distanziale 5 per la messa in squadre del controtelaio ricavato da una pretranciatura della traversa e da due piedini collegato fra di loro a formare il secondo distanziale 5 regolabili in altezza.

  

[0007]    In una terza forma di esecuzione il controtelaio si compone di tre elementi tranciati e profilati 1, 2 e 7, due monetati di misura predeterminata ed una traversa atta a regolare la larghezza del detto controtelaio. Inoltre il controtelaio è equipaggiato da due distanziali 5 per la messa in squadra dello stesso e da due piedini regolabili in altezza.

  

[0008]    Tutte e tre le versioni del controtelaio, sono predisposte di ganci 3 ad incastro con dispositivo di non ritorno, senza la necessità di viti o bulloni per il montaggio rendendolo in questo modo veloce e sicuro. Inoltre tutte e tre le versioni, presentano sulle parti laterali una rete metallica 4 atta alla facilitazione dell'entrata della schiuma o dell'intonaco con il risultato di un fissaggio più robusto del controtelaio al muro rispetto al tradizionale in legno.

In particular the counterframes to be integrated in the masonry structures are known, which constitute an anchoring means for the frame of the door or window. The known counterframes are not adjustable in height and width and therefore are not adaptable to pleasure.

  

[0003] The beam of the present invention intends to obviate this disadvantage. Further objects of the present invention are the facilitation and speeding up of the assembly thereof, the saving of part of the costs related to storage and transport, these aims are achieved thanks to the structural characteristics, less lost and smaller, which are described in the present patent.

[0005] In the form of the preferred embodiment the counter frame comprises two blanked and profiled elements of a metallic nature 1 and 2, in particular uprights blanked to a predetermined extent to be bent so as to form half cross-member, the first element 1 has one often slightly different from the another, so that the crosspiece can be slid into one another and can be adjusted in width by means of special pre-printed hooks 3, in particular bayonet hooks. In addition, the subframe is equipped with two spacers 5 to square it and two feet 6 for height adjustment.

  

[0006] In a second embodiment the subframe is composed of two sheared and profiled elements 1 and 2, in particular an upright with a given length, and a second longer upright arranged to be bent to a given length to form a crossbar is furthermore equipped with a spacer 5 for setting the counterframe in a group formed by a pre-shearing of the cross member and by two legs connected to each other to form the second spacer 5 adjustable in height.

  

[0007] In a third embodiment, the subframe is composed of three sheared and profiled elements 1, 2 and 7, two coins of a predetermined size and a crosspiece for adjusting the width of the said subframe. In addition, the subframe is equipped with two spacers 5 for setting it up and two height-adjustable feet.

  

[0008] All three versions of the sub-frame are fitted with interlocking hooks 3 with a non-return device, without the need for screws or bolts for assembly, thus making it fast and safe. In addition, all three versions have a metal mesh 4 on the side parts that facilitates the entry of the foam or the plaster with the result of a more robust fixing of the counterframe to the wall compared to the traditional wooden one.

Controtelaio regolabile per porte comprendente due elementi tranciati e profilati di natura metallica (1, 2), caratterizzato dal fatto che i detti elementi sono muniti di ganci (3) ad incastro con un dispositivo di non ritorno, detti elementi (1, 2) presentano su ciascuna loro parte laterale una rete metallica atta a facilitare l'entrata della schiuma o dell'intonaco per il fissaggio al muro dello stesso, detti elementi (1, 2) vengono collegati tra di loro tramite i detti ganci (3). 1.
