[0001] L'invention a pour objet un dispositif de transport pour objets lourds ou encombrants tels que valises, coffrets ou sacs, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend une tige présentant une poignée et un organe de suspension à son extrémité supérieure, et une roue à son extrémité inférieure, la tige étant munie d'un support articulé prolongé pour recevoir une deuxième roue.

[0011] Le dispositif représenté dans les fig. 1 et 2 comprend une tige 1 surmontée d'une poignée 2. L'extrémité libre de la tige 1 porte une fourche fixe 3 dans laquelle est introduite une roue 4. La tige 1 est formée de deux tubes 5 et 6 coulissant l'un dans l'autre et pouvant être fixés l'un par rapport à l'autre au moyen d'un clip ou anneau de serrage 7.
[0012] Sous la poignée 2 est disposé un support articulé 8 dans lequel le tube 5 peut tourner librement. Le support articulé 8 présente une pièce support 9 présentant deux crochets 10 et 11, la pièce 9 portant un tube 12 coulissant dans un tube 13 portant à sa partie libre une fourche 14 dans laquelle est fixée une roue 15.
Les tubes 12 et 13 peuvent être fixés dans une position prédéterminée à l'aide d'un clip ou anneau de serrage 16.
[0013] Finalement, les tubes 5 et 6, respectivement 12 et 13 formant les tiges 1 et 17 du dispositif sont maintenus dans la position représentée dans la fig. 1 au moyen d'un crochet de forme allongée 18. Comme représenté dans le dessin, la tige 17 formée des tubes 12 et 13 peut se déplacer par rapport à la tige 1 et venir se placer sensiblement parallèlement à ladite tige 1 lorsque le dispositif n'est pas utilisé. Dans ce cas, les tubes 6 et 13 pourront coulisser le long des tubes 5 et 12 après que les anneaux de serrage 7 et 16 aient été desserrées et la dimension du dispositif de transport sera réduite pratiquement de moitié et occupera relativement peu de place.
Il sera alors dans la position représentée dans la fig. 2.
[0014] Le dispositif qui vient d'être décrit est d'un maniement facile, et, vu sa construction en métal léger, par exemple en aluminium, il peut supporter un chargement relativement important pouvant aller jusqu'à une centaine de kilos. Il sera en pleine charge manié sans problème par l'utilisateur qui pourra marcher à côté en le poussant et le guider à l'aide de la poignée 2 qui permet de faire tourner la tige 1 dans le support articulé 8.
[0015] Les roues 4 et 15 seront de préférence également réalisées en métal léger et présenteront des bandages en caoutchouc ou en matière synthétique. Elles auront un diamètre de quinze à vingt centimètres, de manière à offrir un guidage suffisant et permettre par exemple de descendre un trottoir sans difficulté.
Les crochets de suspension 10 et 11 peuvent être remplacés par des lanières ou être doublés par des lanières permettant d'attacher plus solidement les objets à transporter.
[0016] Le dispositif de transport pour objets lourds ou encombrants tels que valises, coffrets ou sacs qui vient d'être décrit, offre un avantage important à un utilisateur qui désire se déplacer avec des objets lourds ou encombrants.
[0017] Lorsqu'il est replié comme représenté dans la fig. 2, il occupe peu de place et peut être soit porté par l'utilisateur soit mis dans le coffre d'une voiture ou la sacoche d'une motocyclette. Il est très rapidement déplié pour être utilisé comme représenté dans la fig. 1. Etant réalisé en un métal léger, il est par conséquent léger à transporter.
Finalement, il peut supporter des charges importantes qu'un utilisateur ne pourrait pas transporter sans l'aide du dispositif.
The invention relates to a transport device for heavy or bulky objects such as suitcases, boxes or bags, characterized in that it comprises a rod having a handle and a suspension member at its upper end, and a wheel at its lower end, the rod being provided with an articulated support extended to receive a second wheel.
According to a preferred embodiment, a second rod is interposed between the articulated support and the second wheel, the articulated support being placed under the handle, the two rods forming an acute angle ranging from 20 to 45 deg.
and being connected by an elongated hook.
The articulated support is arranged to allow the guide of the device relative to the second wheel and the folding action of the two rods against each other.
According to a preferred embodiment, the rod or rods are telescopic tubes fixed by clamping clips.
The suspension member is usually a hook.
However it can be made in the form of a strap or a double hook for fixing an object on each side of the device.
The device according to the invention is advantageously made of a light metal such as aluminum.
The wheels will have a diameter of fifteen to twenty centimeters, the tires being rubber or plastic.
The device will be about one meter in height when open, so that it can be easily guided by a user.
The drawing represents, by way of example, an embodiment of the transport device for heavy or bulky objects such as suitcases, boxes or bags.

The device shown in Figs. 1 and 2 comprises a rod 1 surmounted by a handle 2. The free end of the rod 1 carries a fixed fork 3 in which is introduced a wheel 4. The rod 1 is formed of two tubes 5 and 6 sliding one in the other and can be fixed relative to each other by means of a clip or clamping ring 7.
Under the handle 2 is disposed an articulated support 8 in which the tube 5 can rotate freely. The articulated support 8 has a support part 9 having two hooks 10 and 11, the part 9 carrying a tube 12 sliding in a tube 13 carrying at its free end a fork 14 in which is fixed a wheel 15.
The tubes 12 and 13 can be fixed in a predetermined position by means of a clip or clamping ring 16.
Finally, the tubes 5 and 6, respectively 12 and 13 forming the rods 1 and 17 of the device are held in the position shown in FIG. 1 by means of an elongate hook 18. As shown in the drawing, the rod 17 formed of the tubes 12 and 13 can move relative to the rod 1 and come to be placed substantially parallel to said rod 1 when the device is not used. In this case, the tubes 6 and 13 can slide along the tubes 5 and 12 after the clamping rings 7 and 16 have been loosened and the size of the transport device will be reduced by almost half and occupy relatively little space.
It will then be in the position shown in fig. 2.
The device that has just been described is easy to handle, and, because of its lightweight metal construction, for example aluminum, it can withstand a relatively large load of up to a hundred pounds. It will be fully loaded handled without problem by the user who can walk next by pushing and guide using the handle 2 which allows to rotate the rod 1 in the articulated support 8.
The wheels 4 and 15 will preferably also be made of light metal and will have rubber or synthetic bandages. They will have a diameter of fifteen to twenty centimeters, so as to provide sufficient guidance and allow for example to descend a sidewalk without difficulty.
The suspension hooks 10 and 11 may be replaced by straps or be doubled by straps to attach more securely objects to transport.
The transport device for heavy or bulky objects such as suitcases, boxes or bags that has just been described, offers a significant advantage to a user who wants to move with heavy or bulky objects.
When folded as shown in FIG. 2, it occupies little space and can be worn by the user or put in the trunk of a car or the bag of a motorcycle. It is very quickly unfolded for use as shown in FIG. 1. Being made of a light metal, it is therefore light to transport.
Finally, it can support large loads that a user could not carry without the help of the device.
