Abstract

The grill stick has a plastic handle with a screwable, removable thread. Connecting/extension rods (2) include an external thread at one end and a brass sleeve (4) at another end, respectively. The brass sleeve absorbs the heat of a heat source and does not transfer the heat. A fork tip consisting of two prongs is placed on the connecting/extension rods over the screwable, removable thread. The brass sleeve includes an internal thread, which corresponds to the external thread.

  [0001] Die Erfindung betrifft eine schraubbare/zerlegbare Vorrichtung zum Fixieren und Grillen von Lebensmitteln per Hand über einer Feuerstelle oder Hitzequelle gemäss Anspruch 1.

[0002] Nachfolgend werden die Figuren der beiliegenden Zeichnung näher beschrieben:
<tb>Fig. 1<sep>Der Griff (1) dient als Haltevorrichtung für den Grillstock. Er besteht aus Kunststoff und enthält ein schraubbares Gewinde aus Metall. Er ist ergonomisch geformt und wärmebeständig.


  <tb>Fig. 2<sep>Die Verbindungs-/Verlängerungsstangen (2) dienen der Verbindung und Verlängerung zwischen Griff (1) und Gabelspitze (3) der Vorrichtung. Die einzelne Verbindungs-/Verlängerungsstange aus Metall verfügt an einem Ende über ein Gewinde und am anderen Ende über eine aufgepresste Messinghülse (4) mit Innengewinde. Die Messinghülse (4) dient der Absorbierung von Hitze oder Verhinderung von Wärmeleitung, welche von der Hitzequelle stammt. Das heisst, die Hitze wird so nicht bis zum Griff (1) geleitet.


  <tb>Fig. 3<sep>Die Gabelspitze (3) dient als Haltevorrichtung für das Grillgut. Sie besteht aus Chromstahl, mit zwei Zinken. Am unteren Ende verfügt sie über eine Gewindeaufnahme und kann so mit den Verbindungs-/Verlängerungsstangen (2) der Vorrichtung verbunden werden. Sie ist hitzebeständig.

[0003] Die Vorrichtung besteht aus einem Kunststoffgriff (1) mit Gewinde, einer schraubbaren Gabelspitze (3) und dazugehörigen Verbindungs-/Verlängerungsstangen (2), welche an einem Ende ein Gewinde aufweisen und am anderen Ende über eine aufgepresste Messinghülse mit Innengewinde (4) verfügen. Die Verbindungs-/Verlängerungsstangen (2) werden am Griff (1) aufgeschraubt und so zu einem Grillstock zusammengefügt. Am Ende wird die Gabelspitze (3) mittels Gewinde aufgeschraubt.

   Durch Anbringen von einer beliebigen Anzahl Verbindungs-/Verlängerungsstangen (2) kann die Länge des Grillstockes individuell an die Begebenheiten der Hitzequelle angepasst werden.
