Abstract

Ein Steuergerät (5) zum Ein- und Ausschalten elektrisch ansteuerbarer Parameter der Haustechnik (9) z.B. ein, Licht aus, einschliesslich Personenruf (10) («Hilfe»), der Telefonie (11) in ein Netz, der Unterhaltungselektronik (12) u. dgl. enthält für jede abrufbare Funktion ein Piktogramm (3) in einem Bildmusterspeicher (4). Ein Taktgeber legt die Piktogramme (3) zyklisch zur Übertragung an das Fernsehgerät oder Monitor (1) an dem Ausgang. Parallel dazu ist im Steuergerät (5) ein Empfänger (6) für ein Signal einer Fernsteuerung (2), z.B. IR Fernsteuerung, vorgesehen. Die Fernsteuerung (2) weist nur einen Kanal mit nur einem Taster oder Schalter zur Abgabe nur eines Signals bei Annahme der am Fernsehgerät oder Monitor (1) piktographisch dargestellten Funktion (3) auf. Bei Anliegen eines Piktogramms (3) und bei gleichzeitigem Empfang eines Fernsteuersignals ist ein Schaltvorgang (z.B.   [0001] Die Erfindung betritt ein Steuergerät zum Ein- und Ausschalten elektrisch ansteuerbarer Parameter der Haustechnik, z.B. Licht ein, Licht aus, einschliesslich Personenruf ("Hilfe"), der Telefonie in ein Netz, der Unterhaltungselektronik u. dgl., wobei das Steuergerät an einem Audio/Video Eingang eines Fernsehgerätes oder Monitors anschliessbar ist.

[0002] Die Vielzahl der heute im täglichen Leben durchzuführenden Vorgänge, die unmittelbar elektrische Geräte schalten oder die Servoeinrichtungen im Betrieb nehmen, überfordern den Menschen allmählich. So scheitert meist nicht nur die Hausfrau beim Programmieren eines Videorecorders oder beim Einstellen einer Heizung mit Nachtabsenkung für eine Woche.

   Schon die Benützung eines Telefons mit Wahlwiederholung oder eines Radios mit Verkehrsfunkunterbrechung kann zu Kompromissen zwingen, wenn nicht prompt ersichtlich ist, wie diese Funktionen ausgeschaltet werden.

[0003] Ältere oder behinderte Menschen sehen sich einem unüberwindbaren Hindernis gegenüber. Ihnen ist allenfalls das Fernsehgerät vertraut und sie sind im Stande, einen Lichtschalter und somit also auch eine Taste auf einer Fernsteuerung zu betätigen.

   Aus der US 20 040 005 044 A1 und der US 6 118 442 A sind Steuergeräte der eingangs genannten Art bekannt.

[0004] Dies als Basis hat sich die Erfindung zur Aufgabe gestellt, eine Fülle von Funktionen auch für diese Personengruppe abrufbar und nutzbar zu machen.

[0006] Die bereits beschriebene Aufgabe wird gemäss der Erfindung mit einem Steuergerät (5) der eingangs beschriebenen Art dadurch erreicht, dass das Steuergerät (5) für jede abrufbare Funktion ein Piktogramm (3) in einem Bildmusterspeicher (4) enthält, dass ein Taktgeber die Piktogramme zyklisch zur Übertragung an das Fernsehgerät oder Monitor (1) an dem Ausgang legt, das parallel dazu im Steuergerät (5) ein Empfänger (6) für ein Signal einer Fernsteuerung, z.B.

   IR Fernsteuerung (2), vorgesehen ist, dass die Fernsteuerung (2) einen Kanal mit nur einem Taster oder Schalter zur Abgabe nur eines Signals bei Annahme der am Fernsehgerät oder Monitor (1) piktographisch dargestellten Funktion (3) aufweist und dass bei Anliegen eines Piktogramms (3) und bei gleichzeitigem Empfang eines Fernsteuersignals ein Schaltvorgang (z.B. Licht ein) einschaltbar ist.

[0007] Somit löst ein Tastendruck auf der Einknopffernbedienung (2) eine zyklische Abfolge von Piktogrammen (3) auf dem vertrauten Bildschirm des Fernsehgerätes oder Monitors (1) aus. Sobald jenes auftaucht, dessen Aussage dem augenblicklichen Wunsch der Person entspricht, ist bloss ein Druck auf dieselbe einzige Taste der Fernbedienung (2) erforderlich, um die Funktion über das Steuergerät (5) abzurufen.

   So kann Licht ein- oder ausgeschaltet (9), Rollos oder Vorhänge zu- oder aufgezogen (9), ein Fernsehprogramm (12) eingeschaltet, Essen bestellt (11), ein Arzt herbeigerufen (10) oder auch telefoniert (11) werden. Sollte wie beim Telefonieren eine Nummer gewählt werden müssen, dann laufen nacheinander alle Ziffern von 0 bis 9 am Bildschirm langsam vorbei und es ist wieder nur ein Tastendruck auf die eine Taste der Fernsteuerung (2) nötig, um eine Ziffer auszuwählen. Auch Texte können durch das zyklische Angebot eines Buchstabens nach dem anderen aus bestätigten Buchstaben zusammengesetzt werden.
