<tb>Fig. 2<sep>eine perspektivische Ansicht einer zweiten Ausführungsform eines in Fig. 1 dargestellten Ausgleichsgewichts im montierten Zustand;
The invention relates to a hand-held jigsaw with a motor, a mounted in a housing and driven by the motor lifting rod having a tool holder at one end, a motion converter, which when driven by the motor, a reciprocating movement of the lifting rod in Direction of the longitudinal axis of the lifting rod generates, and a balance weight whose center of gravity is in the region of the longitudinal axis of the lifting rod and driven by the motion converter performs a relative to the reciprocating motion of the lifting rod opposite reciprocating motion.
Hand-held jigsaws of the type mentioned above are used to process a workpiece, for example, wood or the like. The jigsaw includes a motor for driving a reciprocating lift rod.
To convert the rotational movement into a reciprocating motion, the jigsaw comprises a motion converter, for example an eccentric arrangement.
DE 19 609 388 A1 discloses a hand-held jigsaw having a motor, a lifting rod mounted in a housing and driven by the motor, which has a tool holder at one end, a motion converter which, when driven by the motor, forms a forward motion. And herher movement of the lifting rod in the direction of the longitudinal axis of the lifting rod generated known. Furthermore, the known jigsaw, driven by the motion converter, balancing weight, which performs opposite to the reciprocating motion of the lifting rod reciprocating back and forth.
The balance weight has transversely to the direction of movement of the lifting rod on a substantially U-shaped cross-section.
An advantage of the known solution is that a vibration compensation is ensured by the reciprocating to the reciprocating reciprocating motion of the balance weight.
A disadvantage of the known solution that occur due to the U-shaped design of the balance weight depending on the pivoting of the jigsaw against a gravity line yet vibrations.
The present invention has for its object to provide an economically producible jigsaw with a balance weight, which is vibration even in the pivoted position and also ensures a compact design, especially in the lifting rod.
According to the invention, this object is achieved
that the balance weight completely encloses the lifting rod in the longitudinal direction at least partially and over its circumference.
Characterized in that the balancing weight in the longitudinal direction encloses the lifting rod at least partially, the center of gravity is in the region of the longitudinal axis of the lifting rod.
Furthermore, the arrangement of the balance weight around the lifting rod allows an extremely compact construction of the balance weight and thus a compact design of the jigsaw, especially in the area of the lifting rod.
The balance weight preferably has a guide arrangement for supporting the balance weight on the bearing plate of the engine in order to ensure precise guidance of the balance weight.
In order to ensure economical production of the jigsaw, the balance weight advantageously has a continuously formed recess for the passage of the lifting rod.
Preferably, the recess on the tool side facing away end portion of the balance weight is arranged to ensure a compact design in the longitudinal direction of the lifting rod.
Advantageously, the balance weight is multi-part,
preferably in two parts, designed so that a simple and thus economical final assembly of the jigsaw is ensured.
The balance weight preferably has a bearing plate and a connectable by a connecting means with the bearing plate cover plate to ensure a simple final assembly.
In order to ensure optimum guidance of the balance weight relative to the lifting rod, the cover plate is advantageously formed transversely to the longitudinal axis of the lifting rod substantially U-shaped.
The bearing plate cooperates advantageously with the motion converter and is preferably arranged between the motion converter and the lifting rod.
The connecting means preferably has at least one joint and a screw connection.
This ensures a precise positioning of the cover plate relative to the bearing plate during final assembly and also ensures a stable connection between the two parts.
The invention is explained below with reference to two embodiments. Show it:
<Tb> FIG. 1 <sep> A partial perspective view of a first embodiment of a jigsaw according to the invention;
<Tb> FIG. FIG. 2 is a perspective view of a second embodiment of a balance weight shown in FIG. 1 in the mounted state; FIG.
<Tb> FIG. 3 <sep> is a perspective view of the balancing weight shown in Fig. 2 in the preassembled state.
In Fig. 1, an inventive jigsaw with a motor 2, a mounted in a, not shown, housing and driven by the motor 2 lifting rod 4, which has a tool holder 5 at one end, is shown. Furthermore, the jigsaw has a total of 6 designated motion converter, which generates a reciprocating motion of the lifting rod 4 in the longitudinal direction L of the lifting rod 4 when driven by the motor 2, and a balance weight 1, the center of gravity in the region of the longitudinal axis A of the lifting rod 4th is located and driven by the motion converter 6 in opposite directions to the lifting rod 4.
The motion converter 6 has, for example, an eccentric, which cooperates with the motor 2.
The eccentric assembly has on the lifting rod 4 a transversely to the longitudinal direction L of the lifting rod 4 extending lifting link 11, a driven by the motor 2 gear 12, one with the lifting link 11 engaged eccentric 13 and a, eccentrically mounted on the gear 12, drive member 14 , The eccentric and rotatably mounted on the gear 12 eccentric pin 13 is mounted transversely to the longitudinal axis A of the lifting rod 4 movable in the lifting link 11. The balancing weight 1 has on the side facing the engine 2 15 extending in the longitudinal direction of the motor 2, continuous receiving opening 16 for supporting the cylindrical drive part 14.
In Fig. 1, a first embodiment of an inventive jigsaw is shown in a partial view.
The frame-shaped balance weight 1 is supported by a guide assembly in the longitudinal direction L of the lifting rod 4 movably mounted on a bearing plate, not shown, of the motor 2, including the guide assembly of a, not shown, guide pin durchgreifbaren extending in the longitudinal direction L of the lifting rod 4 slot 8. At the end facing away from the tool, the balance weight 1 has a recess 9 extending in the longitudinal direction L of the lifting rod 4, in particular through hole, for the passage of the lifting rod 4, circular in cross-section, and at the opposite end portion the balance weight 1 has a further lengthwise L of the lifting rod 4 continuously extending recess 10, which can be reached by the lifting rod 4 and the tool holder 5.
The balance weight 1 encloses the lifting rod 4 in the longitudinal direction in regions and over the circumference completely.
In Figs. 2 and 3, a second embodiment of a balance weight 1 is shown. The second embodiment encloses the lifting rod 4 completely and is formed in two parts with a bearing plate 19 and a connectable by a connecting means 21 with the bearing plate 19 cover plate 20 which is formed transversely to the longitudinal axis of the lifting rod 4 is substantially U-shaped.
The cooperating with the motion converter bearing plate 19 has three extending in the longitudinal direction L of the lifting rod 4 longitudinal slots 8, which are penetrated by a corresponding, fixed to the bearing plate of the motor 2 guide pin and secured in the axial direction of the guide pins on lock washers and thus the bearing plate 19 in the longitudinal direction L the lifting rod movable on the engine 2 store (not shown). The connecting means 21 has two joints 22 and a screw connection 23, as can be seen in particular from FIG. 3. For final assembly of the balance weight 1 transversely to the longitudinal direction of the lifting rod 4 opposing joints 22 are hooked and secured on the tool end facing away by a screw 23.
Also on the tool end facing away from the end plate 20, the through hole 9 is provided for supporting the lifting rod 4. In order to ensure economic production of the balance weight 1, both the cover plate 20 and the bearing plate 19 is made of a stamped and bent part. The receiving opening 16 of the second embodiment essentially has a quadrangular cross-section running parallel to the longitudinal direction L of the lifting rod 4 for supporting the drive part 14 (FIG. 1). In order to ensure a long service life of the drive member 14, this is rotatably mounted in a sliding block, not shown, which in turn is positively engageable in the receiving opening 16.
The joint 22 has on the cover plate 20 each have a hook 22a and a corresponding bearing recess 22b, which are engageable with each other.
In Fig. 3, the bearing plate 19 and the cover plate 20 are shown in the preassembled state. The two arranged in the longitudinal sides of the cover plate 20 and the bearing plate 19 joints 22, in particular the respective corresponding hooks 22a and bearing recesses 22b are not engaged. Fig. 2 shows the bearing plate 19 and the cover plate in the assembled by screw connection 23 state.
