A watch mobile is generally constituted by a toothed wheel or not and a pinion.
A broader definition encompasses all rotating members composed of at least two integral and coaxial rotatable elements (wheel, gear wheel, pinion, cam, etc.).
The elements in question are assembled by various means, including riveting, driving, molding, etc.
It is also possible to make simple mobiles by plastic injection.
The present invention relates to a watch mobile and its manufacturing process.
The watchmaker according to the invention comprising at least two elements, is characterized in that the two elements are made in one piece and in one piece without molecular discontinuity.
The mobile may comprise a toothed wheel or not and an axis,
both elements being made in one piece.
The mobile may comprise a toothed wheel or not and one or more cams superimposed or not.
Alternatively, the mobile may also include an axis made in one piece with the other elements.
The mobile can be realized in the form of a wheel showing a barrel cover surmounted by a toothed wheel or a cam.
The invention also relates to a method of manufacturing the mobile, characterized in that it is made in one piece in one piece without molecular discontinuity, by traditional machining, starting from a blank, by chip removal, wire cutting, wire EDM, electroforming, EDM, die cutting,
or by U.V. resin resin micro-molding techniques, by galvanic deposition in micro-molds, or by galvanic treatment on a support.
The mobile watchmaking according to the invention may be a complicated mobile, consisting for example of several elements of very elaborate form and superimposed, with or without axis.
These mobiles can be made of plastic or metal or both together.
Among the advantages offered by the mobile according to the invention and its manufacturing process, mention will be made of:
1.: removal of the assembly of the elements of the mobile,
2. The mobile can be made with or without its axis,
3.: mobile made easily so that its center of gravity is strictly on its axis or it has no imbalance,
4.:
movable with one or more elements of any geometry and having one or more holes for receiving an axis or pins of pivots,
5.: production of a mobile comprising a barrel cover and a gear wheel indicating the development of the mainspring (indication of the power reserve),
6.: similar embodiment of a mobile comprising a cover and a cam for the equation of time (order of a date)
The attached drawing shows, schematically and by way of non-limiting examples, four embodiments of the mobile according to the invention.
<tb> Fig. 1 <sep> is a perspective view of the first mobile for resetting a function.
<tb> Fig. 2 <sep> is a similar view of a similar mobile without axis.
<tb> Fig. 3 <sep> is a perspective view of a mobile constituted by a barrel cover and a gear wheel.
<tb> Fig. 4 <sep> is a similar view of a mobile constituted by a barrel cover and a cam.
