Abstract
Facade plate (2) has an holding element (7) for holding of mounting means (3) for roof water channel, mail boxes and exterior lighting whereby mounting means in the assembled condition is held only by the holding element of the facade plate. The mounting means is screwed into the thread section of the holding element.
Description
[0001] Die Erfindung betrifft eine Fassadenplatte für eine Gebäudewand.
[0002] Zur Wärme- und Schalldämmung von Fassaden werden häufig Dämmplatten aus Mineralwolle verwendet, die auf die Gebäudefassade aufgeklebt und allenfalls mittels dübelartiger Befestigungselemente befestigt werden, wonach dann ein- oder mehrschichtige Putzsysteme, gegebenenfalls unter Zwischenschaltung von Putzarmierungsgeweben, aufgebracht werden.
[0003] Die hierdurch realisierten Wärmeverbundsysteme aus Dämmplatte und einem ein- oder mehrschichtigen Putzsystem haben sich in der Praxis durchaus bewährt.
Sie weisen jedoch den Nachteil auf, dass neben der ohnehin benötigten Fassadenaussenschale weitere Funktionselemente, wie beispielsweise Befestigungsmittel für Dachwasserkanäle, Briefkästen, Aussenbeleuchtungen etc., nachträglich noch installiert werden müssen, wobei diese dann durch ein Loch in der Fassadenplatte hindurchgestossen und in dem darunterliegenden Mauerwerk der Gebäudehülle verankert werden.
[0004] Im Bauwesen ist man bestrebt, die Bauweise so einfach wie möglich zu machen.
Es ist daher Gegenstand der hier vorliegenden Erfindung, eine neuartige Fassadenplatte vorzuschlagen, mit welcher der vorgenannte Nachteil vermieden werden kann und welche zudem eine einfache Montage von an die Gebäudewand zu befestigenden Teilen erlaubt.
[0005] Diese Aufgabe wird durch eine Fassadenplatte gelöst, die erfindungsgemäss so mit einem Halteelement für Befestigungsmittel der vorgenannten Art versehen ist, dass Letztere von der Fassadenplatte selbst gehalten werden und nicht durch ein Loch derselben hindurch in das darunterliegende Mauerwerk geschraubt und in diesem verankert werden müssen.
[0006] Vorteilhafte Ausgestaltungen der Erfindung sind Gegenstand der abhängigen Ansprüche.
[0007] Zur Befestigung eines vertikalen Dachwasserkanales werden beispielsweise mindestens zwei Wandhalter benötigt.
Diese werden erfindungsgemäss mit einem in das Halteelement einer Fassadenplatte einschraubbaren Gewindeabschnitt oder mittels eines im Halteelement einschnappbaren Klemmabschnitts an der Gebäudewand befestigt. In einen Klemmarm der beiden Wandhalter wird dann der entsprechende Dachwasserkanal eingeklemmt.
[0008] Nachfolgend wird anhand der Zeichnung ein Ausführungsbeispiel der Erfindung beschrieben. In der Zeichnung zeigt

<tb>die Fig. 2 und 3<sep>eine erfindungsgemässe Fassadenplatte mit einem Wandhalter enthaltend eine Klemme für einen Dachwasserkanal in voneinander losgelöstem Zustand, und
<tb>die Fig. 4 und 5<sep>die Anordnung gemäss den Fig. 2 und 3 mit in der Fassadenplatte eingesetztem Wandhalter.
[0009] Die in den Fig. 1 bis 5 dargestellte und als Ganzes mit 2 bezeichnete Fassadenplatte lässt sich auf eine Gebäudehülle 1 montieren, und zwar so, wie dies von bekannten Fassadenplatten her bereits bekannt ist.
[0010] Besonders vorteilhaft ist es, die Fassadenplatten 2 aus einem Dämmstoffmaterial 6 auszubilden, das mindestens zum Teil, vorzugsweise vollständig, aus Polystyrol, geschäumtem Polystyrol oder Styropor besteht.
Es können allerdings auch die verschiedensten Tone, also Werkstoffe aus Grobkeramik, zur Herstellung der Fassadenplatten verwendet werden.
[0011] Die erfindungsgemässe Fassadenplatte 2 besitzt nun ein integriertes Halteelement 7 zur Befestigung eines Wandhalters 3 mit einer Klemme 3a für Dachkanäle 4 oder eines Halters 5 für eine Aussenbeleuchtung. Das Halteelement 7 besteht beispielsweise aus dem gleichen Material wie die Platte 2 selbst, oder einem davon verschiedenen, formstabilen Kunststoff.
Je nach Materialwahl ist das Halteelement 7 für dessen Haltefunktion allenfalls noch zusätzlich durch ein Maschen- oder Netzgebilde verstärkt und/oder durch spezielle Vernetzungsmittel mit dem umliegenden Plattenmaterial formstabil verbunden.
[0012] Das im Wesentlichen quaderförmige Halteelement 7 sitzt vollständig in der Fassadenplatte 2, ist also mit dessen Aussenfläche bündig.
Das Halteelement 7 weist ferner eine Sitztiefe auf, die beispielsweise halb so gross ist wie die Dicke der Fassadenplatte 2.
[0013] Das Halteelement 7 ist zudem formstabil sowie fest mit dem Dämmstoffmaterial 6 verbunden und besitzt eine Einfuhröffnung für die zwei Klemmarme 3b des Wandhalters 3 mit zwei zum Einschnappen der Klemmarme 3b dienenden, fussseitig vorgesehenen Ausnehmungen.
[0014] Die erfindungsgemässe Fassadenplatte 2 erlaubt eine verhältnismässig einfache Montage eines Wandhalters mittels einfachem Schnappverschluss und ohne zusätzliche Bohrung in das darunterliegende Mauerwerk.
Darüber hinaus sichert eine nicht gezeichnete Abdeckkappe eine nicht benötigte Einfuhröffnung.
[0015] Es sei an dieser Stelle noch darauf hingewiesen, dass die vorstehend beschriebene Fassadenplatte 2 nur eine Auswahl von mehreren möglichen Ausführungsformen der Erfindung darstellt und in verschiedener Hinsicht geändert werden kann.
[0016] So kann beispielsweise das Halteelement 7 verschiedenartig dimensioniert sein und sich beispielsweise über die ganze Plattendicke hin erstrecken.
[0017] Ferner kann das Halteelement auch für eine Schraubenbefestigung vorgesehen sein und dementsprechend eine Einfuhröffnung mit einem Innengewinde besitzen, in welches eine Befestigungsschraube oder ein Befestigungsbolzen eingeschraubt wird.
In diesem Fall kann ein Wandhalter wahlweise entweder mit einem Schraubengewinde im Halteelement eingeschraubt oder aber mit mindestens einer Mutter an einer im Halteelement eingesetzten kopflosen Schraube festgeschraubt werden.

It is therefore an object of the present invention to propose a novel facade panel, with which the aforementioned drawback can be avoided and which also allows easy mounting of parts to be fixed to the building wall.
This object is achieved by a facade panel, which is provided according to the invention with a retaining element for fastening means of the aforementioned type, that the latter are held by the facade panel itself and not screwed through a hole through the same into the underlying masonry and anchored in this have to.

For fixing a vertical roof water channel, for example, at least two wall brackets are needed.
These are fastened according to the invention with a threaded portion which can be screwed into the retaining element of a facade panel or by means of a clamping portion which can be snapped in the retaining element on the building wall. In a clamping arm of the two wall bracket then the corresponding roof sewer is clamped.

The illustrated in Figs. 1 to 5 and designated as a whole with 2 facade panel can be mounted on a building envelope 1, in fact, as is already known from known facade panels ago.
To form the facade panels 2 of an insulating material 6, which consists at least in part, preferably completely, of polystyrene, foamed polystyrene or styrofoam is particularly advantageous.

The inventive facade panel 2 now has an integrated support member 7 for fixing a wall holder 3 with a clamp 3a for roof channels 4 or a holder 5 for outdoor lighting. The holding element 7 consists for example of the same material as the plate 2 itself, or a different, dimensionally stable plastic.
Depending on the choice of material, the retaining element 7 for its holding function at most, additionally reinforced by a mesh or network structure and / or dimensionally stable connected by special crosslinking agent with the surrounding plate material.
The substantially cuboid holding element 7 is seated completely in the facade panel 2, so it is flush with the outer surface.
The holding element 7 further has a seat depth which is, for example, half the size of the thickness of the facade panel 2.
The support member 7 is also dimensionally stable and firmly connected to the insulating material 6 and has an insertion opening for the two clamping arms 3b of the wall holder 3 with two for snapping the clamping arms 3b serving, provided on the foot recesses.
The inventive facade panel 2 allows a relatively simple installation of a wall bracket by means of simple snap closure and no additional hole in the underlying masonry.
In addition, a not shown cap secures an unneeded import opening.
It should be noted at this point that the facade panel 2 described above represents only a selection of several possible embodiments of the invention and can be changed in various ways.
Thus, for example, the holding element 7 can be dimensioned differently and extend for example over the entire plate thickness.
Further, the retaining element may also be provided for a screw fastening and accordingly have an insertion opening with an internal thread into which a fastening screw or a fastening bolt is screwed.
In this case, a wall holder can be screwed either with a screw thread in the retaining element or alternatively screwed with at least one nut on a headless screw inserted in the holding element.
