Abstract

The timepiece has a barrel (A) geared with a pinion of center mobile (B). The mobile has a wheel geared with a rod (C) that supports three planet gears, each equipped with a wheel (G) and a pinion (D). The wheels (G) are geared with inner teeth of an upper wheel (H). The pinions (D) are geared with a sun gear (E) connected with a lower wheel (F). The wheels (F, H) are engaged respectively with axles of two tourbillons (T).

  [0001] La présente invention se rapporte au domaine de l'horlogerie mécanique. Elle concerne, plus particulièrement, une pièce d'horlogerie à tourbillon.

[0002] Les horlogers souhaitent, de plus en plus, mettre à disposition de leur clientèle des montres présentant à la fois un haut degré de sophistication et une marche irréprochable, telles que les montres dotées d'un échappement à tourbillon.

[0003] La présente invention a pour but de répondre à un tel souhait.

[0004] De façon plus précise, il s'agit d'une pièce d'horlogerie caractérisée en ce qu'elle comporte deux organes régulateurs à tourbillon entraînés dans des sens opposés à partir d'un barillet unique par l'intermédiaire d'un différentiel.

[0005] D'autres caractéristiques apparaîtront plus clairement à la lecture de la description qui suit,

   faite en référence à la figure unique annexée qui est une vue de face du mécanisme lié aux deux tourbillons.

[0006] Le dessin montre un barillet A de montre mécanique qui engrène avec le pignon d'un mobile de centre B entraîné à raison d'un tour par heure. La roue de ce mobile engrène avec un châssis C qui porte trois satellites dotés chacun d'une roue G et d'un pignon D.

[0007] Les roues G engrènent avec la denture intérieure d'une roue de moyenne supérieure H coaxiale au châssis C.

[0008] Les pignons D engrènent, de leur côté, avec une roue solaire E, également coaxiale au châssis C, qui est solidaire d'une roue de moyenne inférieure F (non visible au dessin car cachée par la roue supérieure H) aussi coaxiale au châssis C.

[0009] Les deux roues de moyenne H et F sont en prise respectivement avec les axes de deux tourbillons T.

   Les mécanismes tourbillons sont du type connus de l'homme du métier et ne sont pas décrits en détail. Ils sont disposés pour l'un à 4h et pour l'autre, à 8h.

[0010] Les rapports d'engrenage du mécanisme sont tels que les deux tourbillons T sont entraînés à raison d'un tour par minute.

[0011] Ainsi est proposé un mécanisme à différentiel dans lequel les deux roues de moyenne tournent à la même fréquence, mais dans des sens opposés. De ce fait, le tourbillon situé à 4h tourne dans le sens horaire, alors que le tourbillon situé à 8h tourne dans le sens anti-horaire.

[0012] Le différentiel permet de distribuer de manière égale la puissance du barillet aux deux tourbillons. Il fait la moyenne de leurs marches et donc, statistiquement, procure une amélioration notable de la marche générale du mouvement.

Watchmakers increasingly wish to make available to their customers watches with both a high degree of sophistication and an impeccable march, such as watches with a tourbillon exhaust.

The present invention aims to meet such a wish.

More specifically, it is a timepiece characterized in that it comprises two vortex regulators driven in opposite directions from a single barrel via a differential.

   made with reference to the single appended figure which is a front view of the mechanism connected to the two vortices.

The drawing shows a cylinder A mechanical watch that meshes with the pinion of a mobile center B driven at a rate of one revolution per hour. The wheel of this mobile meshes with a chassis C which carries three satellites each equipped with a wheel G and a pinion D.

The wheels G meshing with the internal toothing of a wheel of higher average H coaxial with the chassis C.

D gears meshing, for their part, with a sun wheel E, also coaxial with the frame C, which is secured to a wheel of lower average F (not visible in the drawing because hidden by the upper wheel H) also coaxial to chassis C.

The two wheels of average H and F are respectively engaged with the axes of two swirls T.

   The vortex mechanisms are of the type known to those skilled in the art and are not described in detail. They are arranged for one at 4 o'clock and for the other at 8 o'clock.

The gear ratios of the mechanism are such that the two vortices T are driven at a rate of one revolution per minute.

Thus is proposed a differential mechanism in which the two wheels average turn at the same frequency, but in opposite directions. As a result, the vortex at 4 o clockwise, while the vortex at 8 o clockwise rotates.

The differential allows to distribute equally the power of the barrel to the two vortices. He averages their steps and therefore, statistically, provides a noticeable improvement in the general march of movement.
