Fig. 1 : einen Vertikalschnitt durch eine Brunnenstube;
The invention relates to a well room from a standing in the soil to be used container with one or more partition walls separated from each other and a possibly placed on the container tubular, in the intended use at least partially over the earth's surface protruding dome part.
Two types of source versions can be distinguished: either a source is taken on the head, there where it comes to light, or you dig for the sole, brings the version deep below the surface, causing the water with very little Gradient flows out. In the associated well room existing air can escape in the spring water and deposited material can be deposited. In addition to this cleaning function has a well room and the task to compensate for the different water flow.
In its bottom there is an opening which is sealed with a stopper. So the well room can be emptied and cleaned as needed, the line switched off or excess water drained. If various lines meet, stone head offices or collectors are set up.
A known construction (EP-A-0 979 902) provides within a container enclosing the well a sedimentation tank, which is factory-made and placed on the construction site. This sedimentation tank is several times smaller than the container itself, so that the settling tank itself must be solved on all sides with an air space of the enclosure wall of the building shell.
Above all, it must be possible here for service purposes, down to descend on a ladder element on the bottom of the well room next to the settling tank.
The invention has for its object to provide a well room of the type mentioned, which, regardless of the nature of the material and the construction of the container easily and above all permanently equipped with the required internal parts and can always be fitted in the container fits ,
This is achieved according to the invention in that the chambers and the partitions forming them and the bottom and optionally the internal parts of the container located in the region of the chambers from a stainless steel insertable or inserted into the container as a whole, preferably chrome steel,
or made of aluminum insert part are formed and that the insert part is adapted at its outer boundary substantially the inner contour of the container.
So it is a complete prefabrication of an insert part possible, which can be introduced into the container. It is therefore also much easier to control whether all the chambers have the required tightness, whether the chambers against each other and the inner contour of the container out properly demarcated. The entire insert can thus be equipped and prefabricated according to the requirements. There is no need to worry about whether the container of the well is made of metal, plastic or wood or consists of a masonry. Of course, an adaptation to the required size and shape of the container can already be made in the factory.
It can therefore always be adapted to substantially circular cylindrical container, elliptical in cross-section or in cross-section polygonal container.
Accordingly, it is also particularly advantageous if the insert is welded as a whole outside the container from the items and is introduced as a finished part in the container. Thus, a prefabrication of such inserts for usually standardized to various inner diameter container for wells has become possible.
It is also proposed that in the container on the inner contour and / or resting on the ground supporting elements are provided for spacing holding the insert part.
It is therefore ensured that the insert is always used in a proper position in the container and also can not lower.
An advantageous embodiment provides that the insert part over an angular range of about 250 deg. up to 300 deg. Has boundary wall guided parallel to the inner contour of the container, which limits the chambers to the inner contour of the container and closes. So all chambers are completed on all sides, so that the insert itself meets the required tightness criteria, which thereby can already be controlled during production.
Since the chambers do not fill the whole area completely closed, there is sufficient space for entry for a control person possible.
Therefore, it is also advantageous if a walk-in grate made of a stainless steel, preferably chrome steel, or made of a glass fiber reinforced plastic is used in the released area of the insert in the container area. It is thus created a walk-platform, which fits optimally into the design of the insert.
Further inventive features and particular advantages will be explained in more detail in the following description with reference to the drawings.
Show it:
Fig. 1: a vertical section through a well room;
2 shows a horizontal section along the line II-II in Fig. 1st
A well room 1 is formed from a standing in the ground to be used container 3 with one or more chambers 4 to 8 and optionally attached to the container 3 tubular, in the intended use at least partially over the earth's surface protruding dome part 2. The Brunnenstube 1 is completely prefabricated and pre-assembled in the factory, the construction and the structural design are essential. The container 3 of the Wellstube 1 consists in a prefabrication example of plastic (polyethylene or polypropylene) or metal (steel or aluminum) or concrete pipes or in-situ concrete or masonry made in situ.
The container 3 and possibly the dome part 2 can advantageously also be designed as multilayer sandwich construction, wherein an inner wall and an outer wall made of plastic and an introduced between the inner wall and the outer wall, hardening foam can be provided.
Such Wellstuben are very handsome buildings, as the following, usually used dimensions show:
Diameter of the container from 1,500 to 2,400 mm.
Height of the container 2,330 mm.
Diameter of the dome part 800 mm.
Height of the entire well room, so including the cathedral part 3.330 mm.
In the present invention, the chambers are now 4 to 8 and these forming partitions 9 to 15 and the bottom 16 and optionally located in the region of the chambers 4 to 8 internal parts of the container 3 from one insertable into the container 3 as a whole or inserted, made of stainless steel, preferably chrome steel, or made of aluminum insert 17 is formed. The insert 17 is thus welded as a whole outside the container 3 from the items and introduced as a finished part in the container 3.
The insert 17 is adapted to its outer boundary substantially the inner contour of the container 3.
Furthermore, in the container 3 on the inner contour 18 and / or at the bottom 19 resting support members 20 are provided for spacing holding the insert 17.
The insert 17 has an over an angular range of about 250 deg. up to 300 deg. Parallel to the inner contour of the container 3 guided boundary wall 21 which limits the chambers 4 to 8 to the inner contour 18 of the container 3 and closes.
In the area released from the insert 17 in the container 3, a walk-in grate (24) made of a stainless steel, preferably chrome steel, or a glass fiber reinforced plastic is used.
In the context of the invention, it is also possible that the other internal parts in the container 3, such as the idle 25, the inlet 26, the outlet 27, the overflow 28, an optionally inserted strainer, a residual water discharge and the measurement raid 29, made of stainless steel, preferably chrome steel, or made of aluminum. All water-carrying parts are therefore advantageously made of chrome steel, preferably in the material quality V2A.
In particular, these are the catch basin, the pipeline from the basin and the submersion walls.
The interior of the fountain 1 is accessible for inspection and cleaning purposes on the cathedral part 2 and from there via a conductor 30. The conductor 30 is advantageously made of aluminum. It is possible through the ladder 30 a safe access to the drying chamber of the well 1 and thus on the grid 24.
At the top of the dome part 2, a safety fountain cover 31 is attached, which has a drinking water resistant, tested seal and also a safety lock.
Advantageously, the whole well chamber 1 is prefabricated as a finished structure and transported and assembled as a unit. The well room 1 is inserted into the prepared excavation, whereupon the space around the well room is then heaped up again.
As a result of the inventive construction of the insert part 17 but a significant improvement is achieved even if the container of the well room 1 would be made on site.
