Description
The invention relates to a method for producing a granular or powdered cosmetic cleaning agent. One or more solid surfactants or other surface-active substances, optionally with other water-soluble substances relevant for the effect of the product, are processed to a slurry at room temperature with a sufficient amount of demineralized water. Separately, a mixture of finely cut plant parts and / or extracts, with a suitable amount of ethanol, the concentration of which depends on the solubility of the desired active ingredients of the plant, is processed into a relatively dry paste and left for a sufficiently long time. The processing temperature depends on the ingredients of the plant parts or extracts.
Both slurries are mixed together and granulated using a suitable method. To this extent, granulation and drying processes are the subject of the patent claim; as a granulate or possibly a powder with the lowest possible segregation potential, so that correctly dosed application portions can be filled. Preparation:
50 parts by weight of powdered sodium lauryl sulfate are processed to a pulp at room temperature with 50 parts by weight of demineralized water in which 3 parts of citric acid have previously been dissolved. Separately, 11.5 parts of finely cut Chinese bark, chamomile flower, mallow leaves, sage leaves and 1 part of finely cut lavender flower are mixed with 18.8 parts of 94% ethanol and the mixture is left closed for one hour at room temperature.
Both mixtures are mixed in a planetary mixer, also at room temperature.
The mixture is air-dried in a thin layer at room temperature and then processed into a coarse-grained product using a scraper. Example of use:
1.5 to 3.0 grams of the granules are applied to the wet hair. After a few seconds, a foaming mixture is created, the hair is cleaned and the extracted plant active ingredients are applied to the hair and scalp.
The citric acid ensures a gentle pH.
