Description

 - comme il n'est pas possible de conditionner les bandes gravillonnées en unité de grande longueur, il est donc nécessaire d'effectuer sur les chantiers un grand nombre de soudures d'assemblage de jonction entre les bandes unitaires;
 - chaque surface de soudure est susceptible de présenter un défaut ponctuel d'étanchéité;
 - c'est le poids important des gravillons incrustés sur la bande qui limite sa longueur utile lors du conditionnement;

 - incorporation et ancrage étanche au béton frais de la bande;
 - l'opération d'assemblage bout à bout entre éléments de bande s'effectue par simple contact. Elle assure la liaison longitudinale étanche;
 - dans le cas de joints de travail le rainurage des bandes assure un meilleur ancrage de la bande au béton;

 - la pose horizontale est exécutée au cours ou immédiatement après le bétonnage du radier. La bande est incorporée au béton frais à des profondeurs variables selon la positon des armatures;

  Known from patent CH 638 855 is a plasto-elastic mastic strip intended for concreting recovery, the four faces of which are encrusted with gravel.

  The many years of experience in the practice of civil engineering and building have highlighted the drawbacks of covering such a strip with gravel:
 - As it is not possible to condition the gravel strips in a very long unit, it is therefore necessary to carry out on construction sites a large number of welds for joining the junction between the unitary strips;
 - each weld surface is likely to present a point leakage fault;
 - it is the significant weight of the gravel encrusted on the strip which limits its useful length during packaging;
 - the industrial operation of inlaying gravel on the surface of the strips requires a high number of control procedures if we want to guarantee the absolute sealing of the resumption of concreting later.

  The object of the present invention is to eliminate the inlaying of gravel on a plasto-elastic mastic strip intended for all occasions of horizontal and vertical concreting.

  The strip according to claim 1 may consist of synthetic rubber added with a plasticizer. It is coated with a fresh concrete adhesion coating. This coating consists of a film of non-swelling hydrophilic polymer.

  The strip according to claim 2 may have grooves intended to mechanically improve its anchoring in the concrete.

  The invention also has the following exclusive advantages:
 - incorporation and waterproof anchoring in the fresh concrete of the strip;
 - the end-to-end assembly operation between strip elements is carried out by simple contact. It ensures the tight longitudinal connection;
 - in the case of working joints grooving of the strips ensures better anchoring of the strip to the concrete;
 - the grooving of the bands in the case of a withdrawal and expansion joint ensures the anchoring of the band to the moving element.

  The strip according to the invention is illustrated by the following figures:

   Figs. 1a and 1b are perspective views of the strips according to claims 1 and 2. The faces 1-2-3-4-6-7-8-9 are coated with a coating adhering to the fresh concrete. Section 5 of the strips will be welded by contact with the homologous section of the next strip.

   The 1-2-3-4 faces are smooth, the 6-7-8-9 faces are grooved.
   Figs. 2a and 2b are perspective views of the strips of rectangular, smooth or grooved section.
   Figs. 3a and 3b are perspective views of the strips of square, smooth or grooved section.
   Figs. 4a and 4b are perspective views of strips of triangular, smooth or grooved section.
   Figs. 5a and 5b are perspective views of bands of diamond, smooth or grooved section.
   Figs. 6a and 6b are perspective views of bands of trapezoidal section, smooth or grooved.
   Figs. 7a and 7b are perspective views of bands of circular, smooth or grooved section.
   Figs. 8a and 8b are perspective views of bands of ellipsoidal, smooth or grooved section.
   Figs.

   9a and 9b are perspective views of section strips resulting from the combination of two or more previous figures, smooth or grooved.

  The installation of the strip on building sites is carried out by way of example as follows:
 - horizontal laying is carried out during or immediately after concreting the raft. The strip is incorporated into fresh concrete at varying depths depending on the position of the reinforcement;
 - vertical installation is carried out by prior fixing of the strip to the wall formwork.
